Charmant appartement de 30 m2 avec parquet, moulures, rosaces et cheminée en marbre. D’importants travaux de rénovation et d’amélioration ont été faits en 2021 par le Studio KO (architectes). L’appartement donne directement sur les anciens ateliers de Van Gogh et se trouve côté jardin, au calme absolu. Idéalement situé entre la rue Lepic et la rue des Abbesses, l’appartement est agréable, meublé et décoré avec goût. ⚠️ Il s’agit de mon lieu de vie, il y a donc des effets personnels (rangés) ⚠️

Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.

Peaceful and private hideout at the foothill of Montmartre. This unique appartement has been home and inspiration for world famous painters, poets and film makers. Equipped with: cozy Queen-size bed, with all natural fabrics, kitchen corner, a bathroom and WC. On the small balcony you can eat or read outside and look at Paris' roofs. The mural painting is from one of Latin America’s greatest masters, Guillermo Olguin. The gifted interior designer is also your co host, Victoria Senoret.
