Udobna kuća sa bazenom smještena je u podnožju srednjovjekovnog grada Motovuna, u blizini rijeke Mirne. U osamljenom selu Benčići (udaljeno 5km od Motovuna) u kojem se nalaze samo 3 kuće, smjestila se i naša kuća pogodna za 6 osoba. Lokacija je potpuno okružena prirodom, a samim time i atmosfera je mirna i tiha. Postoje brojne biciklističke i pješačke staze, kao i povijesna željeznička ruta Parenzana. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.
