Self-Contained Cammeray Guesthouse near CBD and Beaches

Sit back on the sun-drenched veranda of this cosy period house and take in the sweeping views across Green Park. All rooms are spacious and come with all the essentials to make you feel at home. As hosts with a young family, we occupy part of the property and share a common wall with the guesthouse. However, the AirBnB is private, has a separate entrance and shares no common areas. This self-contained guesthouse is part of a gracious federation family home on a corner block with its own private entrance. It has one bedroom with a built in wardrobe and desk. The Living area is a combined living/dining and kitchenette leading to a large outside verandah/deck. The space is flexible and perfect for business travellers, young families and couples looking to enjoy the best parts of Sydney. We have an air mattress and crib, which we’ll include or remove based on your sleeping requirements. You’ll feel just like you’re at home away from home! Guests have a separate private access with no shared areas and direct access to Green Park from the outside veranda accessible via a side entrance. This property supports keyless access powered by August Home. Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. Across the road from the house is Greens Park, which boasts a playground, public tennis courts, and basketball hoops. Cammeray golf course is practically on the doorstep as well, and there's a huge array of cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. Cammeray is an excellent location with immediate access in all directions by car. There is plenty of all day parking on the street just outside our place. Public transport is a breeze into the City, North Sydney and Mosman. It's even an easy walk to & from North Sydney, Neutral Bay & Crows Nest for work or play. The kitchenette comes equipped with a bar fridge, microwave / oven, 2x induction hot plates, toaster, jug and necessities.

Charming private suite in Sydney

Enjoy a Sydney get-away in a private beautiful, self-contained guest suite. This delightful apartment, located to the rear of a classic Federation home has 1 bedroom with en-suite, a fully equipped kitchen, an intimate work & lounge area and a secluded private entrance and elevated sunny balcony accessible via a 7-step stairway. A substantial breakfast basket is provided sufficient for a couple of days and it's just 15-20 minutes to the CBD with a public bus stop directly in front of the house.

Enjoy this top floor attic which has been fully renovated througout. Enjoying separate entry, spectacular water views and north facing aspect. All with the comfort of reverse cycle ducted air conditioning. The building is located directly by Sydney harbour. Kurraba Reserve is footsteps away. Ferry access for services to Circular Quay is 3mins walk. Bus stop 5mins walk. You are within easy reach of Sydney's main attractions and transportation hubs while enjoying a prime peaceful location.

Mosman retreat close to harbour

Take a ferry ride with a cup of coffee to the city, listen to the lions roar in the zoo with a French glass of wine in the garden are just few of the lovely activities while staying at our BnB. Staying in a historic home with modern finishes and comfortable provincial styling is the perfect base to explore the city of Sydney and return to a quiet retreat at night. Your French-Australian host will do their best to make sure your stay is comfortable and you will want to return.

Kurraba Point Hideaway 9 minute ferry from CBD

Welcome to your 'Tiny House' experience in the heart of Sydney! Upstairs/downstairs quaint 2 bedroom apartment. Original servants' quarters in one of Kurraba Point's Heritage Homes built in 1907. Access to the Ferry is an 200m walk to Kurraba Point Wharf. We also offer access to a huge harbour-side park. Best suited to a couple, single, or couple with a child. We offer parking for one car. Breakfast included. Construction next door from 7am-3pm weekdays
