This charming townhouse is a newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom private townhouse in the Brier Creek neighborhood. Aside from the bedrooms and bathrooms, space includes a living room, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry area. There is a smart tv located in the living room (no cable) The master bedroom has a cozy king bed for 2 with plenty of natural light. This charming two story home with open living space and kitchen will give you the ultimate home away from home experience. Our centrally located end unit townhome is in the popular Brier Creek Country Club community complete with a golf course. Our community offers access to a pool during the spring and summer months. We love to interact with our guests and want to provide them with 5 star review worthy experiences while staying at our charming townhome. If you are relocating to the area, as a real estate agent team we would be more than happy to show you around town. Beautiful lakefront home in Durham. Private entrance to one-bedroom apartment with queen bed, natural light, bath & kitchenette. Cozy home 2mi from DPAC & Duke Hospital!

Adorable dog friendly cottage in the heart of Walltown, one of the classic neighborhoods that drive Durham's popularity. One block from Duke East Campus, three blocks from the bars and cafes of 9th street, & a short Uber or Lyft to downtown or Duke hospital. The small cottage is full of charm and character with open kitchen and living area with granite counters, tiled kitchen and bath, and back screened porch. It offers Central heat and air, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Spacious Poolside Guesthouse on Private Pond

Our 67-acre property, Split Rock, is located 25 min. from Duke University and UNC-Chapel Hill. We are also 15 min. from Carrboro & Hillsborough, a historic, walkable community.
