Retaining it's charm, but updated with all the amenities you could want, this cozy cottage is ideally located minutes from the beach, area attractions, and walking or easy biking distance to the Morehead City Waterfront shops and restaurants. A studio apartment located 10 miles east of downtown Beaufort and 7 miles from Harkers Island. This spacious studio has hard wood floors, beautiful granite counter tops, convection oven, gas stove and large back patio. Access to the beach is available at Atlantic Beach (25 min. drive) or Radio Island (15 min. drive). Ferry services to Cape Lookout via Harkers Island (15 min. drive), Shackleford Banks via Beaufort (15 min. drive), and day trips to Ocracoke via Cedar Island (35 min. drive) nearby

Shell Cottage DOG Friendly in Historic District

Our Shell Cottage features both a queen size bed in the Bedroom, and a queen size sofa-bed in the Living Room, the cottage sleeps a maximum of 3 persons. This cottage has an updated kitchen with a dishwasher and propane grill, beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards are provided. There is one private parking space provided with the Shell Cottage, and one “well behaved” dog can accompany you with the payment of a $60 pet fee. Hi-Speed WiFi internet for remote working! No Smoking allowed.

This lovely apartment is located 3 miles from historic Beaufort. Established in 1713, Beaufort is the fourth oldest town in North Carolina. Stroll streets steeped in maritime history, quaint shops and great restaurants. Take a ferry ride to Carrot Island or Shackleford banks to view the wild horses or visit the beautiful beaches of the Crystal Coast. Beau Retreat is a new construction, 6oo sq ft with its own entrance, parking, ac/heating unit, TV, fridge, microwave and toaster oven.

We are walking distance to Morehead City downtown waterfront with restaurants, bars, shopping, nightlife, dive shops, art galleries, charter boats, fishing and kayaking. You can walk to Shevans park or drive 5 minutes to downtown Beaufort, 5 minutes to Atlantic beach and 25 min to Cherry Point. Boat ramp access is 2 blocks away (1 min).

Public access & walking distance to the Sound, ample parking, excellent restaurants nearby, plentiful shopping, and more! A short drive away is Beaufort, an historic town with much to do! We live @ 2000 Arendell across 20th St. So we’re available to serve your needs!

Pet friendly and centrally located within the town of Beaufort, this rental space is one of a kind! Bike or walk to shops, restaurants and attractions downtown. We provide the bikes! Beaufort has many special tours, historic sites , events, and fun things to do! After a busy day , relax on the top deck where the view is spectacular with sightings of wild ponies and egrets. Pet fee is $50 per stay payable separate to me . Please message me if staying longer than a week .
