Modern and functional apartment, recently renovated, ideal for exploring San José on foot or by Uber with an area of 387 sq feet. It is located next to Simón Bolívar Park (currently closed for remodeling), on a quiet dead-end street with sounds of nature and near museums and restaurants. It features 200 Mbps symmetrical fiber-optic internet, an equipped kitchen, hot water, and a double bed. Quiet and historic area with rich cultural and gastronomic offerings. The apartment does not have parking.

Apartamento Loft Privado

Es un Loft con un mesanini de habitación, construida en el 2017 bajo el codigo de la construcción por lo que es una estructura muy solida y antisismica. Tiene una decoración vintage. Es muy privado en un vecindario muy tranquilo pero cómodo pues hay toda clase de comercio en sus alrededores incluyendo restaurantes, bancos, panadería, tiendas de abarrotes, farmacia, tienda de ropa entre otras. Este lugar es apto para todas las personas independientemente de donde vengan, sin discriminación.

Down Town stay

Cozy apartment with an excellent location in the city center, steps away from Main Avenue. Easy walk to lots of sights, shops and restaurants. The apartment has all of the amenities required for your stay and most important a reliable internet. Located in a second floor decorated with a nice interior wood design. If you are a light sleeper then I would not recommend, the location is noisy as it is in the middle of the city with a bus station outside the building.

Located in the heart of town, ten minute walk to museums, National Theater, the mail Building and Central Avenue. The place has lots of light and a beautiful mountain view. It is spacious, has a full size bed and a pullover couch. Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities and bathroom with hot water shower. NEW FIBER OPTIC INTERNET SERVICE!! Self check in ! The building does not have a garage or parking space. No sexual tourism permitted.
