Within 3minutes of the A38 Devon Expressway, Blackadon Farm is within the lovely village of Moorhaven on the edge of Dartmoor. Stable Cottage is a fully refurbished one bedroom property with a good sized lounge / kitchen. Easily accommodates 2 people, sofa bed in the lounge is suitable for children. A beautiful property in a stunning rural yet accessible location (5mins to Ivybridge train station with frequent direct trains to London) - walk straight out the cottage door and onto Dartmoor.

The Parlour is a beautiful newly renovated and refurbished barn set on a pretty courtyard of cottages. The property is on one level and offers spacious, modern accommodation - superfast wifi, Smart TV, 5* beds and fully fitted bathrooms and kitchen. We're secluded but connected being only 5mins to the A38 Devon Expressway, with direct access to Dartmoor from the farm and 20mins to our closest beach. Our closest pub is a stroll down the lane.

The Roost is a good sized 2 bedroom cottage fully renovated and refurbished to a high standard early in 2020. Modern furnishing and décor throughout. Hotel standard beds and linens. All set within a friendly small farm location in a very accessible part of Devon within easy reach of many fantastic attractions. Not to mention the ability to walk directly from the cottage onto Dartmoor. A great spot for the outdoors.
