Residential area. No guests, parties,groups,or Late, loud music-use of the amenities is for the guests only. Well behaved pets,housebroken, shots/neutered. Additional fee of $75 per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total. Longer stays 4 guests max.

Boating, and jet ski rentals are near by , or just enjoy exploring the quaint town of Mooresville, which offers shopping, restaurants. lake Norman State Park for hiking and Biking. Daveste Vineyard, Raffaldini Vineyard, Lazy Five Ranch, and so much more! We do allow smaller dogs only. With a one time fee of $50. The suite is not suitable for larger dogs. Only one pet please.

The two bedroom duplex apartment has a private entrance and lake views from every room. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and sunsets on the two story dock. Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.

416 Mid-Mod is a private, lower-level getaway in a modern and centrally located home in Charlotte's Wesley Heights neighborhood. The entry is tucked behind a gate and down a paved, well-lit pathway. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet, a full bathroom with tub/shower, a kitchenette, and a living room. The Living room futon converts to a sleeper sofa that sleeps one. Only smaller pets under 50 pounds are allowed with small added fee.
