Take In Sweeping Views from a House on the Hill

Modern house with all the comforts of home. Suitable for any length of stay while visiting Melbourne. Great meeting place for corporate use. Wifi. Heating. Cooling. Bathrooms with all essentials. Comfortable Queen size bed with King size covers. Plenty of storage space. Portacot available for your baby. Please ask for extra bedding if needed. If you have booked for a couple, please do not use the second bedroom or the associated bathroom, there is a $30 charge for each of the single beds. Feel free to pass through the bottom floor to access the backyard. We will provide a calendar of local events and points of interest during your stay. You can message me through Airbnb for help. This home is in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of the playgrounds and parkland. It is in a local village with a trendy coffee shop. Close to train, tram and bus services. Space to park up to two vehicles. Easy access to Tullamarine Freeway in both directions. No smoking environment. Hydronic heating, reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans. Blockout window coverings as well as privacy screens. The best wifi you have ever experienced in an AirBNB! Television has all local stations as well as internet connection and Netflix with your own account. Zip taps provide chilled/boiling water. Coffee machine at the ready.

Sun-Filled & Cosy, 1-Bedroom Apartment!

A spacious, light-filled, one-bedroom unit in the peaceful pocket of Travancore. A short tram-ride to the Melbourne CBD. Walking distance to tram-stop, cafes, restaurants and shops around Flemington. Lots of parks and walking tracks nearby. In a small block of 9 units, so very peaceful. A heavenly King-sized bed dressed with hotel-quality bed linen and a cosy mattress topper for extra comfort. Relax in the bathtub, have a vino on the balcony, or watch a movie on the fluffy, cloud-like couch.

My place is close to Flemington Racecourse, Melbourne Showgrounds (accessible by tram), Highpoint Shopping Centre, Airport, Tulla Freeway, Puckle Street, Union Road, Trams, Train. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, comfy beds & pillows, brightness, neighbourhood, local shops, cafes, beautifully furnished, 8 seater dining table, open plan living, downstairs bedroom w ensuite, upstairs bedroom w own bathroom. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
