Bonita Villa a 8km. de Sitges

La casa es muy bonita y en una zona muy tranquila, está totalmente equipada. Tiene piscina, barbacoa, terraza y velador con muebles de jardín. Está ubicada en el Parque Natural del Garraf y a 8 km. de las magníficas playas de Sitges. Comprometidos con el medio ambiente, la vivienda incorpora a sus servicios una instalación fotovoltaica, recogiendo energía del Sol pero teniendo acceso a la red eléctrica convencional cuando la energía solar no es accesible(durante las noches y los días de lluvia)

License HUTB-011511 Sunny flat 3 min walk to the BEACH Mar Bella and Bogatell. Both FAMILY BEACHES. Close to nice restaurants and major atractions by public transportation. 20-30 min drive from airport 15min drive to Campnou 15 min drive/ metro to Sagrada Familia 10 min walk to Metro station 5 min walk to Bus station 3 min to popular big beach Mar Bella Important! No late checkins. We will charge 50€ if the checkin is after 20h. Thanks in advance.

Nice apartment with incredible views close to BCN

Although our apartment is close to Barcelona, our apartment is in an isolated environment, within the Bellamar urbanization, surrounded by forest and with the best sea views in the city. Being in a quiet environment, it is ideal for couples, families or friends who want to enjoy the tranquility and silence, but at the same time have the possibility of going to Barcelona in just twenty minutes by car or half an hour by public transport.

Located in the famous district of L'Eixample, in the center of Barcelona, just steps from Avenida Diagonal and a 15-minute walk from Paseo de Gracia, it is fantastic for a family vacation visiting the city of Barcelona. It allows you to visit Barcelona's main tourist attractions on foot. Easy access to public transport (subway, bus, tram, bicing).
