Art Apartment SMN

Splendid apartment just finished renovating (March 2023) In an extraordinary position, 200 meters from the station, 10 min walk from the cathedral and all the main monuments. On the fourth floor with lift it consists of an entrance with living room and kitchen, two double bedrooms with king size beds, bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is an office and another bedroom with a double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and small terrace on the roofs. Wifi, AC and heating make it perfect.

Bright and airy, fully air con, newly renovated to high spec 2 bed /1 bath apartment on the top floor of a 2 unit building dating back to the 1400's in the charming historical San Frediano district, an easy few minutes walk to all the main sights. According to Lonely Planet, San Frediano is the 1st world’s coolest neighbourhoods to visit. There is no lift, there are 28 steps, not many but quite challenging.
