Beautiful river front home with wonderful riverstone fireplace, historic charm, majestic redwoods, updated master suite with hot tub, kayaks, canoe and stand up paddleboards on private grounds in private location in Monte Rio, California on Russian River. Note: the dock and steps to the river, as with most homes on the river, are available between Memorial Day and the end of October, only. The river flow requires that they be removed November-April/early May. Internet speed: 37 down, 5 up

License #LIC24-0234 Riverfront custom home on Russian River, located in a private community, across the road from the renowned Northwood Golf Course. Access to a private beach with use of a canoe and 3 kayaks between May- Oct. Large outdoor deck with a hot tub, a gas griddle and views of the river and natural surroundings. The home features three ensuite bedrooms, a wood fireplace, high vaulted ceilings and skylights. It is a perfect place for a family or friends to enjoy nature at its best.

Family Friendly Charming 2 BD

Serene Russian River retreat in the Northwood neighborhood, close to the golf course and surrounded by a 1200 sq ft Redwood deck. Watch the hummingbirds and sip your glass of wine while you sit by the fire and explore the heart of the Russian River. This is a family-friendly home, and to keep it that way, we trust that you will clean up after your children accordingly. If not, we will need to charge additional cleaning fees.
