Design-Conscious Apartment in Trastevere

Slide open a striking copper door to reveal an airy living room with light wood floors and a powder blue sofa washed in natural light. High ceilings, clean accents, and understated design pieces give this flat its soft glow and stylish reticence. The flat is composed of a big living room that can be transformed in a second bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed (18 cm thick mattress), a dining/relax room with a nice kitchen and a master bedroom, the bathroom has a spacious shower. On entering the apartment, you will find the large living room divided by an open shelves bookcase and a large sofa bed that transform into a comfortable queen bed. Going forward you find the dining room with an open kitchen and a reading corner, at the end the master bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with shower. The living room can be separated from the dining room thanks to a custom made sliding door transforming it in a second bedroom at night. the fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher and all the necessary flatware and tableware. The apartment has all the comforts: high speed wifi internet, air conditioning and a dishwasher in the kitchen. You will have access to Netflix and Amazon prime video. At the check in i will suggest best restaurants around frequented by locals and cool things to do in Rome. Trastevere is one of the prettiest neighborhoods in Rome with its narrow cobblestone streets, colorful buildings dripping with ivy, and balconies enlivened with geraniums. Trastevere is relaxed, and has far less traffic than other parts of chaotic Rome. It feels more like a small town than a capital city.

Dopo quasi 5 anni di stop sono lieto di potervi ospitare nuovamente nel mio appartamento dove ho avuto il piacere di ospitare negli anni scorsi molti di voi! Situato a Roma nel quartiere Selva Candida. Zona tranquilla, dista soli 9 km dalla fermata della metro Battistini (linea A), raggiungibile con la linea autobus 904 (fermata a 50 mt dalla casa). L'appartamento, moderno e accogliente, è dotato di ogni comfort e dispone di un ampio terrazzo ideale per cene all'aperto nelle serate romane!
