Johan and his team were very helpful during our stay. Very attentive and always available to assist with everything. The apartment was decorated very nice and exceeded our expectations. The apartment is located right next to Rio Fula and we are happy we booked this Airbnb. I do have one or two recommendations on how to make things even better than they already are and I will share them privately with the host. Thank you for hosting us and we look forward to returning in the future.

Good location with restaurants nearby. Apartment was impeccably clean and host responded in a timely manner whenever I had any questions. I would stay again if I’m ever back in Bonao.

We love Allen house! So clean and beautiful. The community is so peaceful, and safe, we thought to ourself "wow such positive vibe feeling while sipping our coffee outside the porch". We recommend Allen House for your kids to freely walk and play within a safe environment setting. We will rented again if the opportunity present itself.

Nos encanto el lugar. Los espacios muy acogedores. Definitivamente un lugar que valen la pena visitar por mas tiempo para disfrutar a capacidad. Eramos 9 personas y tuvimos suficiente espacio para disfrutar sin tropezarnos. Melissa y Ada son excepcionales siempre atentas a todo con una gran sonrisa. Ya he recomendado el lugar a varias familias amigos nuestros.

Danneris was great , she’s let me renting late we did have a emergency and she was so good to us and very kids friendly house I loved I do recommend these place I will renting again !!!

Great cozy place , very nice

Nestor was an excellent host, very attentive and regularly checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped with everything you could need. What really stood out to me was the thoughtful touch of having the apartment stocked with snacks and ice, which made the stay even more convenient and welcoming. A couple of things that could be improved: the main room’s AC was a bit underpowered given the size of the space. Fortunately, I didn’t have many guests and was able to sleep comfortably in the middle bedroom. Additionally, the hot water system was occasionally inconsistent. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was fantastic. I would rate this place a solid 10/10.

Hele mooie appartement op een top locatie. Alles is op loopafstand en een veilige buurt. Deze appartementen is een aanrader. Host was vriendelijk, heel behulpzaam en begripvol. Ik zou zekers hier nog een keer komen.

Immaculate and the easily-accessible rooftop terrace incredible! Rosa was kind and communicative. Would definitely stay again. I didn’t rent a car, so I’ll share the experience. It’s ~1.5km from the town center, an ok walk in the morning/evening when cooler—I walked it several times. While the Uber app was functional, there were no drivers. I messaged several taxis on Whats App and Jaroly was clear and responsive, in Spanish. Baiguate falls is a surprisingly scenic walk from the unit along a mostly-rural road, pleasant in the morning. Took me ~35 minutes, and at 8:30am, I was the only one there! Jimenoa falls are ~5.8km away. While I considered walking, recent Google reviews said the entrance I planned to use was closed due to a landslide. Near the Airbnb are colmados (corner stores) and a small supermarket where you can pick up breakfast supplies to make in the unit. Only criticism is it’s located along a busy road with street noise. Quiets down at night but bring earplugs.
