Located just 9 miles from Monroe with easy access right off 601, this is the farm stay that you won’t soon forget. This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom stay will have you waking up to cows in the morning and winding down to unforgettable sunsets in our over the pond gazebo in the evening. Curated furnishings include two King suites, bunk room, lush couch and huge TVs. You’ll find a dock lined with string lights, swinging egg chairs and your personal hammock to take in the view and cool evening breeze.

Family Vacation Home on 20 Acres w/ Bass Pond!

Vacation getaway on 20 acres. 1100 sqft wrap around covered porch overlooking a 3/4 acre private pond. The pond is well stocked with bass and brim for easy catching. Large fire pit with log benches between the house and pond. Great sound system! Guests are able to connect their device to the sound system and enjoy their music inside and out. The pond includes a paddle boat and there are life jackets in the barn. Downstairs has a fridge, pool table, dart board, & other games for our guests.

Welcome to the spacious 5-bedroom, 8 bed, 3-bathroom house on a hilltop lot! 15 minutes to Carowinds Amusement Park & uptown. The backyard offers breathtaking views of the surrounding woods and a peaceful creek. The scenic pond is at the corner of the street. several golf clubs, the beautiful Lake Park, Ballantyne, and CLT Airport. Selection of good restaurants and shopping malls are nearby. No parties or large gatherings. We request that all noise be kept to a minimum after 9pm

The Homestead Farm House & Party Barn

Welcome to the farm! Enjoy our 54 acre land via our spacious and newly renovated old Homestead House. This 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home even has it's very own lofted Party Barn for your group to unwind. Backing up to our goat and miniature donkey pasture, the expansive backyard area comes complete with a pavilion, fire pit, and grilling area. Take advantage of all The Union Exchange has to offer! We do not allow dogs at this property, please inquire if you have a service animal.
