Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Een charmant middeleeuws stadje aan het IJsselmeer, op een steenworp afstand van Amsterdam. Hier geniet je van rust, ruimte en een unieke ambiance. Het appartement is geschikt voor vier personen. Monnickendam is de perfecte uitvalsbasis: ontdek de historische straatjes, proef de lokale sfeer, of maak een mooie wandeling langs het water.

The location is very popular and central, situated near the lovely town of Monnickendam, typical Dutch surroundings, and Amsterdam. A 20-minute journey via public transportation takes you to Amsterdam. There are plenty of excellent restaurants close to the houseboat! - The boat's location may vary throughout the year - This boat is not intended for self-navigation

Studio aan woonboot aan rand van Amsterdam

Ben je de stad even zat? Op zoek naar een bijzondere bestemming voor een vakantie in eigen land? Ik verwelkom je graag op mijn unieke locatie middenin de landerijen van Waterland. Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

Our floating chalet has a lot of glassware so that you retain the unobstructed view. You are close to Amsterdam, Volendam and Monnickendam. Enough activity in the area, so that you can decide for yourself whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet or seek out the hustle and bustle. There is a terrace and a floating balcony. There is also parking at the chalet.

Onze B&B is voorzien van alle moderne faciliteiten zoals bijvoorbeeld een moderne keuken, Philips hue verlichting, smart TV en Quooker. De gezellige veranda is compleet met een luxe jacuzzi en houtkachel. De B&B met grote privétuin en vrij uitzicht is door een schutting volledig afgeschermd van de woonboerderij en alleen voor u als gast toegankelijk. Vanuit de Finse barrelsauna op het aangrenzende terras kijkt u uit over de pittoreske stadsweiden. Een heerlijk ontbijt naar wens is optioneel.

Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Op een steenworp (12km)van Amsterdam, midden in het historische centrum van Monnickendam ligt dit comfortabele huisje voor 3 personen met een eigen ingang, geen eigen tuin. Winkels, restaurants, terrassen en het IJsselmeer op loopafstand. Amsterdam, Volendam en Marken op fiets afstand. Volledig ingerichte keuken met vaatwasser, oven/magnetron, koelkast, 4 pits inductie. Slaapkamer met een tweepersoons en een eenpersoons bed. Douche, toilet en wasbak, verwarming, wifi, televisie.

Heerlijk huis met tuin vlakbij Amsterdam

In het oude centrum van karakteristiek en unique Broek in Waterland in een in 2017 opnieuw gebouwde schuur achter de boerderij. Geheel eigen woning met toegang (zelf in-check). Split-level met privé tuin. Beneden (24 m2) is de woonkamer met bank, mini keuken, eethoek en aparte badkamer en wc. Op de vide is de slaapkamer met 2-persoons bed, genoeg kastruimte, hang en leg. Wifi aanwezig. Er zijn twee fietsen (Veloretti) te huur, 10,- per fiets per dag.

Living in a typical dutch house, but also close to all places of touristic interest is a unique combination that will make your stay fantastic!

Along (swimming) canal, 10 minutes from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village 10 minutes' drive from Amsterdam. In the morning, you see the sun rise on the horizon, in the evening you dine on the jetty by the water while grebes and coots swim by. From this oasis of calm, you can explore the beautiful Waterland region or visit the bustling city. Every 5 minutes a bus goes to Amsterdam and within 15 minutes you are in the city centre.
