Come and recharge your batteries in an idyllic setting in the heart of nature. Comfort, charm and serenity await you. "La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.

Attaché a une maison Périgourdine fraîchement restaurée, le Gîte ce situe en pleine campagne, au calme mais proche de Villeréal, Bastide du XII siècle, et Issigeac, très joli village médiéval. Un bel endroit pour ce relaxer et ce reposer après avoir visité les fameuses Bastides médiévale comme Monflanquin, Castillonnes, Monpazier, Beaumont du Périgord et d'autres encore dans le Canton du Haut Agenais Périgord. A moins de 30 mn de Bergerac et ses vignobles.

Located within walking distance to the scenic village of Tremolat in the Dordogne, and immediate vicinity of the historic center and its amenities, Bars, restaurants, French market, are accessible in less than 5 mins on foot.

Cosy cottage with dip pool (open from June) and wood burning hot tub, sleeps up to 6 including children but 4 adults max. Minimum stay 3 nights, in the beautiful countryside just outside the walls of Monpazier, which has the title “one of the most beautiful villages in France". The perfect place to get away from it all - relax on the porch with a stunning view and a BBQ sizzling, and enjoy the romantic garden lighting after the sun sets.
