Quiet independant room completely renovated and tastefully equipped, ideally located on the port, in the heart of Monaco close to the Formula 1 circuit, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, coffee, tea, welcome chocolate, sugar, hairdryer, USB sockets. Central location, 3-minute SNCF train station, bus in front of the accommodation, supermarket, pharmacy at the foot of the building. Unfortunately, our accommodation is not adapted to people with reduced mobility. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTY

Appartement de 28 m² idéalement placé à la frontière de Monaco , à 3 min à pieds du Casino de Monte-carlo . Commerces,supermarché,restaurants aux pieds de l'immeuble. Parfait pour visiter la Principauté de Monaco et parteciper aux Congrès, Gare de Monaco et plages à 10 minutes de marche Confortable Lit 160 x 200 cm , cuisinette americaine, salle de douche , climatisateur, internet wi-fi et télé numerique. Il est exposé sur cour , donc pas de vue (et soleil) , mais au calme absolu.

Fully New Studio Next to Casino Square with AC

Unbeatable location at only 2 minutes walk to the Casino square of Monaco. The space is also extremely quiet with direct access to a very peaceful communal courtyard. The apartment was just fully renovated and is fitted with a roll down shutter. The apartment is on the second floor directly accessible by elevator. All of Monaco's hotspots are within 5 minutes walking distance. The building is fully secured with a doorman and access control.
