Luxury and modern apartment by the sea "Orsan"

Enjoy long walks by exploring the nearby beaches and walking trails. Later, look out to sea from the spacious terrace and plan the next day's trips. The airy interior features a floating staircase, walk-in rain showers, and underfloor heating. Prepare yourself a delicious meal in a fully equipped kitchen. Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. To our dear future guests, we are fully at your disposal for any question or help you might need. We will certainly do our best to make your vacation pleasant and delightful. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, market, cafes, and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

Apartment Paula,Fully equipped on 1st floor, separate entrance, outdoor jacuzzi, bikes available 24hours at day. Ideal for couples, family with kids, groups up to the 7 persons,private parking. Kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with solar heating water, two balcony makes 100 m2 of this lovely living place. Wi-fi, TV SAT, air-condition, complete kitchen accessories... apartman od 120m2 u novoj modernoj zgradi izrađenoj 2022 godine,za 5 osoba od čega je 50m2 privatnog vrta kojemu pripada privatna masažna kada sa nevjerojatnim pogledom na more otoke i zalaske sunca.podzemna garaža free. udaljenost do starog grada je 2.5km! vlastitim autom ili taxi-uberom(6-7 € za 4-5 osoba)5-6 min trajanje vožnje. bus stanica je udaljena 4min pješice,2.5€ po osobi bus , vožnja 8 min. u blizini apartmana imate supermarket, restorane,trgovine,barove brodska luka 7 min pješice

Apartment River Rose

Apartment River Rose is located in Mokošica, only 10 minutes drive by car from Dubrovnik. It is a house consisting of two floors. The apartment is equipped with wifi, cable tv and air-conditioning. In front of house are free parking spaces. Our guest can enjoy in stunning view from the apartment balcony which is situated right on the coast of River Ombla. In the morning by the cup of coffee and breakfest they can enjoy in beautifull sunrise, or in beautifull sunset in the evening.

Sea view apartment "Bonaca 2"

Seafront apartment and first row to the sea in the family house with traditional Dalmatian restaurant overlooking the sea. Just 4 km far from the Old City and center, 2 km from the Port and 2 km from ACI Marine! Has one bedroom with double beds and extra bed (couch) in living room. The apartment is very well equipped: has LCD TV, Wi-Fi, air-condition, washing machine, good equipped kitchen and there are several free public parking places in front of it.

Apartment Marina***

The house is located in Sustjepan, quite part of Dubrovnik, which is only 10 min away from the old town (with the bus). It is only a few minutes away from a main bus station and Gruz harbour. There are two bus stations in front of the house (for and from the city). Near the house there is a restaurant with excellent food. The property has 2 bedrooms with 2 big beds, a bathroom and a kitchen. The apartment can receive 4 guests. The pets are not allowed.

Cottage Ciara with pool and amazing river/sea view

Peaceful and nature orientated cottage apartment with a swimming pool. Ideal for a couple or a family who want a swimming pool property, but don't fancy paying for a large villa for 10-12 people. It is just 15min ride with a car (or 25min with a bus) from the Old Town of Dubrovnik. If you book a stay of 7 nights or longer, we'll organize a gratis incoming transfer from the airport or port!

Lapad Seafront /large private terrace above sea/

It is wonderfully situated, among very few in Dubrovnik so close to the sea. You can relax on a huge private terrace for your exclusive use, swim on the pebbled beaches , or on other secluded spots in the bay. From our terrace you'll have uninterrupted view of the sea all day. Bus stops, supermarkets, walking path and boat rental are nearby. Old Town is 5-10 minutes drive.
