Located on our charming and rustic Campground called Happy Trails. The Modern is a newer model 23' trailer. It is equipped with a Queen sized bed with a very comfortable 4" gel foam pillow top mattress. There are two very spacious bunk beds, so it can fit 4 to sleep very well.. Comes equipped with Kitchenette. Includes fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, Keurig and stove. Basic cooking and eating essentials provided. Bathroom w/ shower, toilette, sink w/vanity & hot water.
