It was perfect home for me.

Very organized and clean home! My family and I enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Super peaceful! Kitchen had all the condiments for our breakfast. It exceeded our expectations and will definitely be staying here again. The host responds very quickly! I highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it. Thanks again.

The house is super nice, very clean, with good amenities, bathrooms were well stocked, the two car garage made it so convenient, we stored a lot out there, the pool was a nice amenity, along with the little porch! Caysea, was quick to respond and very helpful.

This place was very convenient for my work and a very affordable and pleasant stay. The host is very knowledgeable about areas to visit, and communicates very well and often. Will stay again !

Great location right on the channel and just steps from the beach. Condo was clean and roomy and hosts were responsive when we had trouble with the keypad to unlock the front door. Walk to restaurants and the London Bridge, which you can see from the dining room table. Covered parking also a plus in AZ. We look forward to our next stay!

This was my husband and I’s first official getaway together and I believe I speak for the both of us when we were blown away. We are very minimalistic people and it helped being in a very comforting and quaint environment. Each morning we were greeted with the sounds of the goats chatting amongst themselves. My husband and I enjoyed s’mores in the complimentary fire pit right outside our door! Becky checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed from time to time :) Overall this was an amazing experience and we plan to visit again soon! We are excited to try out all the different houses on the property :)) Thank you for such a wonderful weekend !!

Location cannot be beat! Have stayed in the condo complex before, but first time staying at this one. Loved the way the kitchen was setup. Really nice to sit on the 2nd floor balcony and relax at night. Will definately want to stay here again.

This place was wonderful! It is right on the river and worth every penny. It was quiet and clean and the views were amazing. We will definitely be staying again. The sunsets were incredible to watch each night. There is a place to tie up your boat, kayak, raft or jet ski. Or just spend a day laying out in the sun on the big beautiful decks. It was a great place for my husband and I to spend our 24th wedding anniversary.

We loved our stay at Jovian's. It has a great amount of space and all furnitures or kitchen tools we need. He's been responsive and considerate since day 1. The place was in a good location in Havasu.

Great space, clean and nicely decorated. Sofa & bed were Super comfortable and backyard was perfect for my dog. Quiet and peaceful.

It was a perfect place for us to spend a couple of nights while in town to visit family. It had everything we needed for a short stay and a great experience for our first time renting an Airbnb in Havasu. The pretty fresh flowers, coffee, snacks and water bottles waiting for us was very thoughtful and made us feel welcomed. Quiet nights for a good night sleep. We plan to stay again for our next visit to Lake Havasu.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location. The condo was supplied with everything we needed. Danielle contacted us the evening we checked in to make sure everything was what we expected. It was great to have the walking path right outside of our gate. It was a beautiful spot to relax and watch all of the boats go through the channel. We would definately come back!

Janie and her team were amazing hosts. The location is a quiet, friendly, gated neighborhood. The hot tub was perfect for our January stay. LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE BED !! AMAZING ! There was plenty of cooking utensils and space to cook. We will be looking for availability on this place for our next visit.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, well appointed and beautifully updated. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the ferry, stores and London Bridge area, which made everything so convenient. Not to mention the view was absolutely perfect. Dennis was incredibly friendly and responsive making sure everything was smooth as well. Would definitely stay here again next time— highly recommend!

This is a great little condo! It was easy to find, close to the casinos, and literally less than a 5 minute walk to a dog friendly park! The check in was easy, the condo was clean, and the bed was super comfy! I’ll definitely be booking here again in the future!
