This is a wonderful house and has everything you need. Great location and convenient to everything in Longmont. Look forward to our next stay here as always.

Any time I am in town for an event at Purina Farms, this is my first choice. Perfect for relaxing after a long day, close to The Hawthorne Inn if we want a nice meal, very responsive hosts, comfortable beds.

House well arranged with all that you need. Clean and neat. Easy to access. Well located. Rob is a very responsive host. Would stay there again if another opportunity arises.

The house was amazing. My husband liked the fact that there was a coffee pot available with multiple selections for coffee. The kids loved the board games and my daughter said she really liked the bedroom with the desk. My pup especially enjoyed the fenced in back yard. I loved the feeling of home as soon as I walked in, the family dinner around the table and playing games together. I will definitely be reserving this home for all of my home times.

We thouraghly enjoyed our stay,l. It was a workstay not a vacation, However, that being said, Gabby made our stay quite comfortable, She was very responsive and available for any questions that we had. The bungalow was clean and cozy and we felt right at home. We stayed 11-days and could have stayed longer. We will go back if the occasion rises again.

This was our 8th trip to Moab and Andrea’s place was the best bang for the buck we have had yet. The house has everything you need(with labeled locations), comfortable beds, a great little garage and ample parking thanks to the two extra spots in front of the house. The pool and play ground are close by, and the house has great views from the patio. We had no complaints during our trip and will happily be back in the future.

BEST Air B&B I've stayed in. Friendly host, relaxing atmosphere inside and out. Felt like home away from home. Will definitely be rebooking with them in the future. We were in town for my daughter state trap shooting competition and at the end of the day the hot tub was a nice relaxing touch. Can't wait to comeback back and utilize the other amenities. 💕💕💕

Megan’s place was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. House very clean, comfortable beds with nice sheets. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was alot of fun! We would stay again!

Eric's place was such a nice pad. Killer sound system throughout the upstairs and backyard. Back deck was such a nice place to hang out, even in early March as the backyard is tucked away from the elements. Hot tub was crutch to relax and the pool looked like a summer dream. Would def recommend and will be back when work brigns me around.

Everything we wanted!

We had so much fun at your beautiful home!! I’m sure it would have been even more fun if it was the right time of year for swimming but maybe we will be back!! The house is spacious, clean, and includes all the extras! There’s plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. We loved the pool table, playing ping pong, being able to listen to music, play games, and have two TVs when we couldn’t agree on which football game to watch! :) The kitchen was well stocked and everything labeled. I forgot garlic and was relieved to see that some of the staples were provided! Thanks for making our family Christmas memorable!! The Christmas tree even made it feel more festive. Brandy is super responsive and everything went smoothly!! Thanks for accommodating our request!! Highly recommend!!!

the place was lovely it was the perfect place for our family and friends to visit after graduation. we come to Steamboat often and this was one of the best places we have stayed in quite some time. We will be returning

We loved it. Beautiful home & neighborhood, and excellent communication from Sailaja. Very easy parking, entry, etc. Well-stocked with towels & kitchen supplies, and the massage chair was a nice surprise after a long day shopping! Thank you, Sailaja and family :)

Our host was awesome. So accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. Never used the game room, but it looked awesome.

We had a great time at this nice little place! It was a lovely private location, was pet friendly with an awesome fenced in huge yard, and very comfortable. We liked there was separation between the bedrooms so I slept great. It’s near nice outdoor areas like Indian Rock and Lakewood park if you like to go for walks. Steve communicated well and so fast, we had a great experience!

Dot’s home was perfect for our stay over Christmas. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and street was very quiet. We did not hear the neighbors at all in the duplex. Very cozy and a wonderful stay.
