We had a wonderful stay! We didn't spend a whole lot of time at the house, but loved having the games to play before bed! The house had everything we needed. My family loved being able to do laundry and appreciated having soap there to use. The kitchen was also well stocked with items to use. I loved having the whole family there together and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was a nice central location for all the site seeing we wanted to do. We would stay again and highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in Rapid City!

House well arranged with all that you need. Clean and neat. Easy to access. Well located. Rob is a very responsive host. Would stay there again if another opportunity arises.

We had a great stay at Kyle’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We especially loved the big, comfy beds in each of the rooms—they made for a great night's sleep. The couch was super comfortable for relaxing after a day out, and the hot tub was such a nice bonus! This is our second stay at Ed and Cindy's and five stars doesn't seem enough. We'd award them more if we could. Yes, everything about the 1875 House is physically perfect, but it's the intangibles; the love and care they put in to the place, the friendly communications, and the genuine concern they have for the comfort and wellbeing of their guests that make a stay there so unique and comforting. There's an old Scottish song with a chorus that goes, "Will ye no come back again?" This Scottish-American answers with a definite, "Aye!" Thanks, Ed and Cindy, for everything you do!

Comfortable and Convenient for a Short Stay We stayed here for one night and found it to be a great choice for our short visit. The home was clean, well-maintained, and offered a cozy atmosphere that made our brief stay comfortable. The layout provided ample space, and the amenities more than met our basic needs. Communication with the host was seamless; they were responsive and ensured our check-in and check-out processes were straightforward. While we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the property extensively, it served as an excellent base for our overnight stay. We would gladly return for another visit.

GrandRoads place was exactly as the picture, very spacious, clean, super convenient to stores and restaurants nearby. Communication was great they are always alert if you need anything. Me & my friend enjoyed our short Easter getaway and highly recommend this Penthouse.

I was worried about opening the pool cover, messaged Stan and he went and opened for us within minutes. The kids loved the pool, I liked having the washer and dryer to handle the swimsuits.

This was our family's second stay at Martha's home, and once again, it did not disappoint. In fact, this is my favorite AirBnB in Minneapolis, a wonderful home away from home while visiting our daughter. We find it to be so comfortable, spacious and light. The location is super convenient...close to it all, yet tucked away in a beautiful, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Great proximity to walk Lake of the Isles, Walker Art Center, Loring Park, downtown, grocery, coffee shops, etc. Martha is a friendly and communicative host. Easy dedicated parking and access. Highly recommended!

I was in town for a busy work weekend and Ryan's place was perfect as a landing pad. Comfortable and clean with everything I needed. I was getting in late and they made sure the outside lights were left on so I could find my way in smoothly. Also there is an AMAZING bakery less than a 10minute walk away (win win)!

The best review I can give is that I've stayed at this Airbnb five times. Whenever I happen to be in the Denver area for work, this is my home base. Not only is the property well maintained, it's constantly being improved.

The neighborhood and the apartment building are quite old, and the building has been updated to add A/C, new windows. The apartment is well decorated, and the owner's father was readily available to check on things and be sure I had what I needed. He was very helpful and friendly - offering tea, food, etc. There are beautiful shade trees in the neighborhood, and I felt safe. It is on a busy street, so there is road noise since you are in the city. But the bedrooms are in the back of the apartments. It is very close to the interstate, to Wash U, and just a short drive to the airport and downtown.

Perfect lil spot close enough to walk to downtown main if you wanted. Or just catch the bus stop which is maybe 20 steps away. Christine was very responsive with any questions that I had. I will more than likely rebooking in the future on my next trip to Breck!

It was easy to check in, and the space was great for two people. Even for four people it would be a great space. The restroom was neat, and cool. Super clean. I did wash the bedsheets since we did notice dog hair on our clothes, but it was fine afterwards to be honest. Didn’t bother us. We loved how short distanced everything was for us, the location was nice for what we paid. Everything was walking distance. Everything else was super clean and tidy. Had a great and comfortable stay! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was SO clean and organized. Maria had so many toiletries for if you forgot anything, makeup remover towels, fans, shovels, iron, and anything else you could think of that you might need. The bed was SO comfortable and the tvs were great and very easy to navigate as well. The hot tub was very nice and clean with such a great view. It was so cozy and wonderful. My husband and I loved the unique art on the walls. Maria was SO quick to respond and was so helpful with anything we needed. It was so wonderful! We would go back tomorrow!

Close to the lift; Beautiful views; Super Clean; Well stocked with condiments and Soaps; Easy to get in from parking lot (no stairs); and great communication with the host. As close to perfect as you can get in an Airbnb rental property. For sure rent Lauren condo for your next trip to Crested Butte.

Had a great stay, it was impeccably clean and neat, loved that it had some toys/games for the kiddos. Also a great location, easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend!

My friend and I loved staying here! It was so close to all the cute shops and food downtown, and just a quick drive to the hot springs we were visiting! Everything was so cute in the unit and we were really appreciative of our stay here! We would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Buena Vista!

Michael was very accommodating. The place was a bit cozy for 3 adults but worked for us. Bring your own shampoo/body wash/lotion!

We had a great stay. The space was very quiet. Watched beautiful sunrises from the balcony. We were comfortable and felt at home.
