Went with group of 5 men that go to the Frozen Four every year. Didn't spend a lot of time at the place but it had everything that is important to us -- Clean, great TVs, good wifi, excellent beds and a great bathroom and shower and very quiet.

Leon & Linda's place was lovely for an overnight stay near the Plaza! We were able to easily get to the places we wanted to go, and the accommodations were very clean. It was admittedly a little awkward for 5 people - although there were enough beds for 4 of us and 2 to share a bed, I can see it being most comfortable for ~3 people. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we loved the little touches like granola bars, Keurig machine, and the trivia games. Thanks for hosting us for our friend's do-over bachelorette outing!

Deb was a fantastic host! She made us feel welcome during a tornado watch, and even gave us some rice when one of our cell phones acquired some water damage. The place was a great deal for the price, even better location. She allowed us to extend our stay with short notice, and she was very friendly. Would book again!

The 2 bedroom apartment was classy & classic. loved the 2nd floor balcony. The weather this April was spectacular. The 3rd floor bedroom was super with the only drawback being no handrail for the steep old & cool steps. Best locaton ever.

The place was clean, calm, and just wonderful. We went right before Christmas and ms. Deb had put up a Christmas tree and that was wonderful because we were going to be opening gifts and it just set the mood right for my family. It’s those small touches that made this location stand out. Would highly recommend and I plan on staying again soon!

This was our second time staying here and once again it was a perfect experience. Clean, cozy, comfortable, quiet, easy access to everything, great hosts…it hits every point on our list of ideal accommodations.

I stayed here during a work conference. The space is private, though connected to the main residence. The space is the basement of the home. There is a full bath and full kitchen, and a very comfortable king bed. It was very quiet and peaceful. The host was very friendly and communicative and helpful. The residence is close to a grocery store and several restaurants and close access to Beltline Highway. I would stay again!

A great little getaway for my daughter’s birthday. We loved the setup and the suggestions for what to do in the area. Fun, unique space, comfortable beds and great communication made for a lovely stay.

Michael and Cheryl’s place exceeded our expectations for a quick weekend trip! The home was lovely-very spacious, clean, private and exactly as pictured! The location was a short drive to the city and in a very quiet neighborhood. Would recommend the space to anyone looking for a place to stay, and will definitely be back when traveling to the area again!

Not only is this a beautiful, historic home, but the accommodations were comfortable and perfect for our needs. I'm particularly grateful for the hosts booking us on short notice (my family had a funeral, with a tight schedule/quick turn around). Definitely recommend this gorgeous space! Conveniently located, too. We don't mind stairs, but there are quite a few—something to keep in mind if steps are an issue. We'd happily come back anytime.

This is such a fun, perfect place to stay for a couple looking for a getaway in Plano. There are so many subtle and well-thought of amenities that make this space very comfortable. Sonja was a great host - friendly, inviting and a very proactive communicator.

Melody's AirBNB was a perfect overnight stay. It was more than enough space for one person, and I had everything I could have needed. One quick note that did NOT in any way affect the quality of my stay, if you are looking for a very quiet place, Melody's family lives upstairs. So expect normal family noises and walking. If this will bother you, then this is not the AirBNB for you; otherwise, this place was perfectly enjoyable, clean, and convenient. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was beautiful and so comfortable! Cozy linens, fluffy towels, comfortable furniture, and everything just as pictured. It was a peaceful neighborhood and great to have a beautiful patio area to relax in when the weather was good. Check in and check out were very easy, and I really enjoyed my stay!

Holly was very friendly and responsive when we had questions through the stay! The place was perfectly decorated, the TV was large and perfect for a movie night, and the low lighting really tied all the beautiful decor together! Beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in for an Air bnb, and although it was the basement, we hardly, if ever, heard noise from upstairs. They were accommodating for us coming back late for a concert we attended in Omaha. Bathroom was a little small overall, but the shower was nice and roomy! There’s a small sink for washing out dishes, which was great for microwavable foods we had and the large fridge that kept everything cold! Having the garage was also really great, especially how unpredictable Nebraska weather can be. Neighborhood was a really really nice location, and we felt super safe! Overall would stay again and recommend to others. Holly was super wonderful!

So close to campus! Perfect place to stay for mom's weekend to visit daughters. Beds were super comfy and place was clean and convenient.

We loved it. Beautiful home & neighborhood, and excellent communication from Sailaja. Very easy parking, entry, etc. Well-stocked with towels & kitchen supplies, and the massage chair was a nice surprise after a long day shopping! Thank you, Sailaja and family :)

A beautiful place. All the furniture was very comfy and clean. I would have no hesitation to stay again. If I had to find something to critique is that the rooms get bright early in the morning due to a lack of blackout curtains but that is the onlything I can find to complain about.f

Place was really comfortable with spot-on decor. Lovely wooded yard with feeders - great birdwatching. Bed was comfy, with an extra blanket and pillows at hand. - Loved having luggage racks available! Will want to stay here again when we return to the area.

Stayed a couple of nights and the place was super clean, the house was in a nice neighborhood and many restaurants near by. Everything was spotless and easy check in, we got there earlier than expected and he let us check in early, his responsive rate was amazing as well. I would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet, peaceful space. This is near the airport but you can barely hear the planes. The space was clean, comfortable, and easy to access in a nice neighborhood. The bed and linens were soft, the amenities, such as coffee pods, popcorn, and breakfast snacks, were great. This is a great spot for a couple of people to spend the weekend exploring Des Moines or for an executive needing a quiet home base. My daughter even found the recliner so comfy she opted to sleep there. The host is very responsive.

Felt right at home and a peaceful stay!
