The loft was lovely - bright and airy, with room to work and to relax. The location is perfect, right on Main Street in the center of downtown Grinnell.

This loft was the perfect location for our girls weekend! Highly recommend to other travelers.

Unique and incredible stay! We came for the eclipse and we loved the quiet location. Walking distance to old town and shops. Would definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area. Thanks again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Mike’s place is close to several grocery stores, a short drive to Iowa Events Center. Beds were really comfortable, and the place is stocked with all things we didn’t think to bring with us. When we are visiting again, we will most definitely stay here again. Thank you, Mike!

Truly a great location to experience DSM. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. A quick drive to the Sculpture Park and Water Works Park. After a lovely nature walk at Water Works Park, hopped over to Confluence Brewery to stock up on some beer to take home. It was a lovely stay. The place had everything we needed. Not a single item in disrepair. The building was quiet. The living room seating was comfortable. We found the beds comfortable and slept well. The listing does disclose this, but I think it is worth mentioning: the bedrooms do not have doors. This worked well for us for this trip, but there are circumstances that I would have found this deeply uncomfortable. Finally, the thermostat is governed not to go below 72 degrees or the cool setting. This was not great and the only thing I would have changed.

My friends and I have stayed at Conni’s place three times now. It is always clean and in great shape. Lots of room to just sit and talk in a friendly environment. Once you go outside, you have many restaurants in walking distance. It’s centrally located to get to various golf courses. If you want to go to downtown St. Louis, the drive is nice and not too long. I can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back again.

Awesome loft! We had a great time at Melinda's place, loved the detail in the old building and felt cozy comfortable too. Easy instructions to get in, right near cute shops and great places to eat.

We so much enjoyed our gal trip. Loved loved this little place. We thought we were going to have 2 gals share a bed so was quite happy to see the day bed. All for of us fell in love with this adorable loft. I would love to return and bring my sisters. Thank you so much Addie.

The Loft was exactly what we needed—easy to find, in a super convenient location, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It was clean, well decorated, and had all the little touches that made us feel at home during our business trip. Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was quick and helpful, and the space itself was cozy and modern. We’ll definitely be booking again next time we’re in town for work. Thank you!

Wow. What an amazing place! Annual guys "ski trip" that we've been doing for 20+ years. This place was so great we actually didn't make it out skiing. Great place for a group to hang out. Plenty to do in the place (pool table, dart board, poker table, etc.). PLENTY of room to not feel cramped (more square footage than my 2-story home). Also, great location - we were able to park our vehicles when we arrived, and not touch them again until we left. We walked everywhere - plenty of restaurants, bars, short walk to the lake and Canal Park, etc. Very unique place. Host was very responsive and flexible. Can't wait to rent this place again!

Meghan’s spot is lovely! We’ve done a few overnights previously and decided to try it for part of our annual weeklong trip. It was just the spot we needed to hang in Duluth for a few days. We’ll be back for sure!

Great place and location for this Mama Bear’s Easter visit with her Baylor student. The host was helpful and accommodating. The apartment was perfect for us to feel at home for 4 nights. I even was able to do a load of laundry in the full size washer/dryer for my daughter! The only con to this location is the train tracks that had loud activity in the wee hours of the morning.

This was perfect for our stay! We were in Baton Rouge for an event at the Canes River Center. It was a quick walk there with many stores and eateries. We loved it! Everything was clean and easy to use. I was a bit worried about the noise that was talked about in other reviews but we didn’t even notice it! It was quiet, comfortable, and everything we needed!

Had a great stay. There were lots of options in KC, but this location was perfect for work, access to River Market and other activities, etc., and the outdoor rooftop lounge was fantastic! This is a very cool old building that was converted to lofts. The area is very active, but the building is sort of separated from others and in a unique spot. Ashley was quite communicative during my stay to make sure everything was good.

It was a quick trip to FT Worth for a conference. Scot’s place was so clean and comfortable. I would stay in this spot again!
