We stayed at Cindy’s place to attend a Notre Dame game. It was perfect for our family outing! The neighborhood was quiet and the house had a great setup for gathering together, with private space for the baby to sleep too. I hope we can come back again!

Best airbnb in the area! Very clean, fun place to stay. Lots of room inside and outside, we especially enjoyed the game shed.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at La Chiara. Our stay was awesome again! Frank is very responsive and we love the scavenger hunt and amenities at the property. Plenty of space for our family. We are also grateful that Frank provided tips about how to experience Notre Dame games in the winter. We would definitely stay there again!

The provided breakfast was a lovely touch and made our mornings feel extra special. That said, future guests may want to be aware that the room doesn’t have an interior lock, which could be a concern for those who value additional privacy. There were also moments when the hosts seemed quite present around the space, which, while perhaps well-intentioned, made the experience feel a little less private at times. Overall, it’s a warm and welcoming place that offers great comfort and convenience—just with a couple of things to keep in mind depending on your personal preferences.

Top -notch. Well-appointed and some nice little personal touches like the Michigan made beverages stocked in the fridge. The atmosphere was quiet and the space is plenty roomy a few day stay. I won't hesitate to visit again.

I don't Airbnb much, but this was "the" experience. Comfy bed, nice towels, clean, considerate, communicative, and all the other great words. This was about the cost of a hotel room, and I would choose this over Marriott or whatever. The house has a lot of old timey charm and character. Plenty of parking, a million places to walk to in under 20 minutes. I don't see a reason to look for somewhere else in South Bend.

Great and homely place, I will definitely come back, brought back memories of a house deep in my heart. Stephanie is such a sweet host.
