Si tratta di un appartamento di 3 locali, finito di ristrutturare nel 2018, situato al primo piano, composto da un soggiorno con tv e divano letto matrimoniale, da una cucina nuovissima e spaziosa, da un'ampia camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale, un letto singolo largo, un armadio ed una scrivania, da un bagno con box doccia e lavatrice. Può ospitare fino a 5 persone. Si trova al primo piano senza ascensore.
