Cosy Two Bedroom Flat in Boracay Above Diniwid

Cozy two bedroom apartment (100sqmts) in Kalamansi Villas; situated in a quiet, leafy gated development above Diniwid Beach. Less than 10 minutes walk from Diniwid Beach (down 200 steps) and Hagdan Beach (down the lane). PLEASE NOTE Electricity and Water is not included; it's metered and charged at the end of your stay (details below). Our team also makes up the rooms and tidies up each day. Also, we offer 2 free one way trips as far as Dmall per day (10-15 mins away depending on traffic).

Beach view 2BR Penthouse Apartment - Non Smoking

Handum Hillside Apartments is a green building with 360 degrees cross ventilation in all apartments. NOTE: Smoking of any description is NOT permitted anywhere on our property or in any public places on Boracay Island. We are only 5 mins from the front beach at Willys Rock Station 1 and 15 mins from the big supermarkets. Station 1 has the finest sand and widest beach. It is less crowded and where the higher end establishments are located.

The Luxury Beachfront Residence

Boracay Island, Tambisaan beach is located away from the hustle and bustle of Boracay city center. Under The Stars Luxury Apartment has a total of 4 luxury apartments. 2 located on the ground floor and 2 located on the 1st floor which is accessible by stairs or elevator. Each apartment has private access and access to all shared amenities available on the property. Butler service and Driver Service is available upon request.
