We have a large, lower unit, private studio with a separate entrance, washer/dryer, and private outdoor space. It is quiet amongst the Redwoods, with ample on street parking and is very close to San Francisco, Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, downtown Mill Valley, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Sausalito, Tiburon, bike paths and mountain bike trails.

Thoughtfully designed for longer, quieter stays, it offers trails from the back door, clean air, a stove-heated barrel sauna in the healing circle, and a deeply calm, dog-friendly setting. Enjoy a peaceful stay in the privacy of your own cottage. Make the most of easy access to the surrounding hiking/running and biking trails - soak up the magic of Mt Tam, Muir Woods, the famous Dipsea trail, Stinson and Muir beaches before returning to the cottage to relax. Snuggle up on the sofa with a good book, stream a movie on your tablet, or cook a delicious meal in the kitchenette. Alternatively it's easy to explore downtown Mill Valley by walking down the Dipsea steps or driving.

Small detached guest cottage (no kitchen) with a private entrance, queen bed /full bath/TV, and a small area with coffee/tea/fridge/microwave/toaster-oven and wifi. We're following strict sanitizing and washing protocols and provide cleaning supplies in the unit. We're in a quaint neighborhood in a flat area of Mill Valley. This space is comfortable for 1 and cozy for 2. A mile from downtown Mill Valley, many great hiking/mountain biking trails and San Francisco is 10 miles away.

Includes bedroom (king) with french doors, living room with pullout couch, a covered deck, and cooking area (see notes). Unwind when you arrive with a good book from our library and relax on the deck overlooking the many rolling hills of our breathtaking and wild neighborhood. :)
