With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. Hike up 20 minute to the South Downs Way and you are on top of the World! Sitting right at the foot of the South Downs with all its many walking trails, this cosy cottage is simple, but spacious with stunning views surrounding this tranquil West Sussex village. Easy access to Goodwood is an added bonus for those motor or horse racing fans. An array of pubs can be found within easy reach, alternatively have a night in and play boardgames by our wood burning stove. Dogs are absolutely welcome!

The Tool Shed is in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is the ideal place to stop over if you're exploring this area of outstanding natural beauty. We are a short walk away from the stunning views from Older Hill, only ten mins drive to Midhurst and 20 mins to Goodwood and the sandy beaches of The Witterings beyond. As you need to walk outside to reach the shower room it’s a bit of a glamping experience! Covered bike storage, off road parking and a light breakfast are provided.

Our Cottage is hidden away in the quintessential English village of Lodsworth in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Our guest suite ( Chill Studio) has its own entrance within the adjacent annex . Its sparkling clean & only a short walk from the forest & award winning village store & two pubs. Perfectly located so you can unwind & relax in this area of outstanding national beauty or enjoy activities at neighbouring Arundel, Cowdray or Goodwood. Parking is 50 yds from the house.

The Lodge is a stunning hidden gem, a unique property tucked behind the shops on Midhurst's main street, which itself lies at the heart of the South Downs National Park. The area offers something for everyone, whether exploring the walking/cycling trails of the area, going to a horse or motor racing event at Goodwood nearby, visiting Petworth's antique shops, the sandy beach at West Wittering, or exploring Midhurst's history and its fantastic local shops, pubs and restaurants.

The Roost, self contained annex in Lodsworth

The self contained annexe is located in the charming village of Lodsworth, close to the towns of Midhurst & Petworth (with plentiful antique shops). Very convenient for Cowdray Polo, Chichester & Goodwood festivals. The sandy beaches of The Witterings are only a 40 mins drive away. The village has a lovely pub & shop stocking local produce. The Roost is ideal for couples and solo adventurers. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or infants. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!
