Stayed to visit family nearby. Ray and Julie were very responsive to messages and helpful. The house is lovely and spotlessly clean. Beautiful walks nearby and great amenities locally. Would definitely stay again.

All round lovely stay. Everything was perfect and exactly how described. Really lovely, cosy space with everything you need. Fiona seems really lovely and was very quick to respond to any queries I had. Price is really good for area and what you get. Perfect getaway

A beautiful cottage in a great location! The hosts have done a wonderful job with the house, and it shows even in the smallest of details, from dog treats through to a guest book full of recommendations on the what to do in the area, including dog walk suggestions. We loved our stay!

The cottage is a very well- appointed facility that gives a sense of days gone by with modern, creature comforts. It is based in a quite village with a well stocked Spa store opposite. Altogether, a very comfortable stay.

Delightful Barn with log burner near Pickering

What a beautiful place! So peaceful, beautiful views (loved the cows greeting us early evening). Cosy and very clean. Wonderful enclosed space for our dogs, comfy bed. Loved having breakfast on the large patio in the morning looking out across fields. No issues at all. Perfect place to recharge our batteries and wind down from our busy lives. Dogs loved it too! We will definitely be back. Thank you so much

We absolutley adored staying in Charlie's place for the week. We've been to many air bnb's but this was our favourite! Excellent location, so clean and honestly felt like a home from home for me, my husband and our 2 year old. Gorgeous outside decking area and easy walk into Pickering with easy parking just around the corner. We loved it and will definitely be back! Thanks ❤️

the cottage was a great find lovely place and andrew and family make your stay as thay always have time to speak with you the place is amazing and a bonus seeing the new lambs the shops are only a 5 minute drive away with all supermarkets and food shops you need will be visiting again

Preston Mill Loft, with outstanding views.

I loved The Loft, it was just perfect. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything you could want or need, lots of lovely little touches made it really special. The view from the decking and the hot tub was spectacular and we spent many mornings and evenings just enjoying the peace and the surrounding views. I would definitely book again.

The Cottage - large garden, next to nature reserve

We really enjoyed our short stay at the Cottage. We loved that it was a fully detached house surrounded by beautiful countryside. In the mornings we would watch the birds and squirrels with the supplied spotter scope and I would top up the bird feeders. The house was spotless and the kitchen was very well equipped - probably the most well-equipped kitchen we've even been to. We will definitely visit again :)

Beautiful cottage everything you need for a few days away. A very nice welcome with milk in the fridge and cookies to have a cuppa when we arrived. Lovely living room Beautiful bedrooms and bedding and a lovely bathroom with a great shower and plenty of hot water. Would go back again .

Hellen was such a star and her kindness added to the home, welcomine feeling of the house. Ideally located 15 mn from Seaham, in a peaceful streets with two little shops nearby if you need anything… And the house is so well equipped, so comfy. A huge thanks, everything was absolutely perfect!

We had a lovely short break. The cottage is located perfectly for visits to the coast and local towns and villages. The courtyard garden was secure for the dog and lovely to sit in the sunshine. The cottage had everything we needed and Adrian was really helpful. Thank you for having us.

Outstanding detached holiday home ..

We stayed at the house as an extended family for 4 nights for our daughters wedding in the area. It's an absolutely beautiful place and perfect for holidays , celebrations , gatherings or a base for an extended stay. The house is great, the garden amazing , outside space to socialise and eat is super and it's peaceful with beautiful views. We will hopefully come back again it's an absolute gold gem!

Salt & Surf-Luxury House with Sea View & Wood Fire

We had a wonderful stay at Salt and Surf to celebrate my mum's birthday in lovely Saltburn. The property is very clean and has all the amenities you could need, and sitting in the window seat watching the sea with the log burner roaring behind was bliss! Thank you for an incredible stay and we will be back.

We had a lovely time. It was like a home from home. Emma couldn't do enough for us. The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of enticing cafes and restaurants in Bishop Auckland.

We’ve just had the most relaxing 3 day stay and cannot recommend Fiona’s home highly enough! Beautifully located and furnished with everything we needed. So comfortable in every way. My wife just loved the sheep right outside the window! Lovely touch as well with the home made scones, thank you!

Great location, bonus of having a parking permit provided. Surprisingly quiet given the busy location. Immaculate, well designed space well equipped. Lisa & Steve are good hosts who have added lots of nice welcome touches.

Anne’s place had everything you needed for a short stay , was easy to find with handy parking behind the property . Breakfast was supplied which was a real bonus and milk and tea/ coffee and the beds were comfy . We went into Durham which was only 3-4 miles away and had the best Italian I’ve ever had so all in all a great stay . Thanks Anne . Sarah
