We would suggest you get to know Bay Street where there are a plethora of options for keen foodies. If you like keeping fit, there are a number of mainstream gyms nearby, but why do that when you have the beach and great walking tracks just at your door step. The light rail / tram is so easy to the city, or simply walk or ride. One secure parking space is available onsite. Prahran speaks for itself....but this bright studio apartment offers all that you need...double bed, kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle, coffee machine, bar bench and double sofa, TV, reverse cycle air conditioner, separate bathroom, parking space below, a place to hang your bike, laneway access... The TreeHouse was originally built as an artist's studio. It is an architecturally designed light-filled space that is nestled at the rear of the block behind our family home. It sits high in the treetops to float above the neighbourhood. It has its own private access via an original bluestone laneway. Melbournians treasure their laneways and this one is without exception.
