An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. Bradninch is a delightful Duchy Town in Mid Devon with easy access to the countryside and Exeter City centre. The town boasts two local pubs and the nearby National Trust attraction of Killerton House and Gardens.

Oake Manor golf club is about 1 mile away and Junction 26 of the M5 is roughly 3 miles.

We are situated in a rural location on the Killerton National Trust Estate just 20 minutes drive from Exeter. We have a clean and fresh, recently renovated self contained studio apartment with a kitchen area containing a microwave, fridge, toaster and a kettle. We are dog friendly and there are plenty of options for dog walking straight from the property.

Brook Lodge is a spacious, open plan self-catering property for up to three guests who wish to relax and unwind or to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside for which Dartmoor National Park is renowned.
