The French Quarter is less than 2 miles away. Our house was built between 1897 and 1903. The light, airy 700 sqft unit was completely renovated in 2007 and recently received a nice fresh coat of paint. K/B have tiled floors and counters, rest of the spacious apartment has lovely Brazilian Cherry floors. Professional photography (my own) grace the walls. We live on the other side. This is not a party house, we're looking for quiet guests who will enjoy our home and neighborhood.
