So excited to introduce this lovely modern cottage located at ground zero in Union Pier ! , location is just the best !! 2100 sq ft , 4 bed , 2 bath , hot tub . 6 blocks to Townline beach , Timothy’s, Red Arrow Road house , Whistle stop , 1 block to Seeds Brewery ,Union Pier Social , Black Currant Bakery , 2 grocery stores & beach rental store . Bike path directly across street , plenty of bikes to use ! (Guest home also available for large groups , there’s room for 25 people with both homes ).

The House of Zen is an architect designed home situated in the woods, part of a sustainable farm community on 170 acres. Only an hour drive from Chicago, and close to Indiana Dunes National Park, it is the ultimate escape. The perfect getaway for couples, creatives and nature lovers who want some peace, quiet and space. Explore the farm trails & enjoy the wildlife and soothing sounds. Note: We have a 3 night minimum stay during summer, but open up 2 night stays 1-2 weeks before if possible.

The Walnut House, Michigan Woods Retreat

Beautifully designed home, surrounded by trees. 5 minutes drive from the white sandy beaches of Lake Michigan, and conveniently close to historic Three Oaks downtown: Journeyman whiskey distillery, Acorn Theater, Froehlich's bakery and deli, Patellie's pizza and more. The home has beautiful large windows in every room and bedroom. It is well stocked with books, thoughtfully appointed rooms that are perfect for a quiet escape, family retreat, and home base for exploring the areas activities.

Pure Michiana - Rustic & Cozy - near the stateline

NO EVENTS. 10 person max on property at all times. It puts too much wear on the septic/well and deck. Dining table seats 8. 3- block walk to a small shared lake and near a host of lovely spots: Breweries/Wineries, Dunes, Three Oaks, Frisbee Golf, and more. A gas fireplace for cold winter nights, an outdoor firepit, a hammock, grill, and outdoor seating/camping chairs. A short walk to the Nowhere Bar & Grill for great local food! Only 1 hour 15 minutes from Chicago. Sleeps 8 comfortably.

5 Bedroom Luxury Home In Heart of Beachwalk Resort

Beautiful home in the heart of Beachwalk, across the street from Lake Kai, pools, basketball & tennis courts and 2 blocks to Lake Michigan. This home is bursting with charm. Front porch runs the width of the house. Dining area opens up to family room with a lovely fireplace. Stunning master bedroom w/walk-in closet and beautiful new bathroom with all the finishes. 3 more bedrooms upstairs, one with full bathroom attached and the other 2 sharing bathroom. 5th bedroom on the lower level.
