In der Nebensaison und zum Überwintern gelten Sonderpreise einschließlich Ölheizung. Touristensteuer und Stromkosten werden separat lt. Stromzähler abgerechnet. Ein Haus, in dem NICHTS fehlt - nur Badetücher für den Strand bitte mitbringen.

Our house is in a private complex in Pino Alto, 2' from the beach and less than 10' walk from L'Hospitalet de l'Infant. When you wake up, from bed, you see the sea. That could be the best thing in the house, but there is more. (I'll tell you below). SOMETHING IMPORTANT: In the house there is a portable air conditioner that works very well, but there is no central air conditioning.

En la última planta podrán encontrar una terraza privada donde disfrutar de las maravillosas vistas a la montaña. Situado en una calle muy tranquila, como lo es el resto del pueblo, y zona de fácil aparcamiento cerca del alojamiento. Se aceptan mascotas.
