With a large and heated pool you have direct access to the beach where, in season, you will see turtles that lay hundreds of eggs, right there in our yard. From the kitchen, its balcony as its three bedrooms will delight you with the sunrise and the moonrise. The large palapa at the roof offers unlimited views of the sea from the east to west and a spectacular sunset. In this house you will have memories that will last forever.

Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

Smart Bamboo Blend sheets and black out curtains in the downstairs King bedroom for serene nights and tranquil mornings.

The terraces offer seclusion for sunbathing and relaxing in the hot tub. Enjoy three outdoor dining areas including the rooftop. The lower terrace has a bar and king bed for a great afternoon siesta.

It's located only five walking minutes away from the beach and fifteen minutes away from Mazunte's downtown, with its laid-back atmosphere and tasty restaurants.
