Muy satisfecha con nuestra estancia, es la tercera vez que me alojo con Javier y siempre con ganas de regresar, la ubicación y distribución de la casa es excelente para el motivo de mi alojamiento q es pasar tiempo en familia aunado a lo amable y atento q es Javier. Ésta casa es una excelente opción y Javier es un excelente anfitrión.

Aunque la estancia fue corta, nuestro tiempo fue agradable, descansamos y disfrutamos de su ubicación! Ojalá habernos quedado más tiempo para disfrutar todo lo que nos ofrecía!!

La casa es muy amplia y en general muy iluminada, las 4 recámaras están de muy buen tamaño y con baños accesibles. La cocina muy bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. La ubicación de la casa está excelente, muy céntrica y está cerca de plazas, restaurantes y otros negocios. A pesar de estar en una avenida concurrida no se escucha mucho ruido de la calle. Una excelente opción para hospedarse en la zona de Polanco.

la verdad la cabaña esta muy bien, mejor que como se ve en las fotos, buen espacio y cómoda para la familia. recomendable ampliamemte

Great location, walking distance to many places. We loved Mezcaleria Necios, and the smoothie place around the corner for the kids, Ricardo is easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Ricardo let us leave our bags early when we arrived early to Condesa, which was very helpful. Great for a big family to all stay together.

Excelente casa muy bonita, confortable y limpia muy recomendable para rentarla en una familia grande nosotros nos fuimos muy contentos con la estancia recomendamos ampliamente.

Un alojamiento perfecto: limpio, acogedor y bien ubicado. Los anfitriones fueron encantadores y la comunicación fue clara. Una estancia agradable.

Good setup - professionally run, solid no-surprises: safe - 2 levels of doorman enty, no neighbour/nightclub noise, no smells, AC in living room + somewhat loud portable unit in master BR. Decent water pressure. Kitchen has dishwasher and washer/dryer. Comfy bed in master - Linens comparable to 4 star hotel. Note: 2nd BR - no AC here. Fans + shades in all rooms. Building and unit new, modern & clean. Friendly building staff. Some hiccups at check in but host resolved them - prepare to give building your passport copy. It's a hassle to use some of building amenities, but host tried to resolve. Windows don't open. Host super responsive- provided items we needed in kitchen. Good Super market - La Comer - 8 minutes walk. Several eateries in 15 min walk. Try Casa Tonio for good everyday Mexican. Building at a major traffic junction - felt safe even at night. Ubers easy to get.

The location was excellent- close by many coffee shops, restaurants, and a 7/11 right across the street open 24/7 for any needed essentials. Neighborhood was nice and felt very safe. Kitchen had all the necessities and rooms were nice! The stairs up to the private deck right in the apartment was a nice feature and beautiful city views. The roof top pool was our favourite place to be and only one set of stairs away from the front door. Gym right next to the pool was nice as well; had the basics. The days were hot but cool nights and fans in every room made the no AC bearable. Leaving windows open brought in a cool breeze but the street sounds and over head air traffic was much noisier than I am used to coming from a much smaller city. Overall a very nice place for our group of 5!

El lugar está muy amplio y es muy cómodo, cuenta con cajón de estacionamiento (que si no sabes maniobrar muy bien, el servicio de parking hace todo por ti). Super fácil de accesar, y al estar enfrente del parque, es ideal si llevas niños o mascotas. El edificio tiene seguridad 24/7 y son muy amables. Tienes acceso a la alberca y al gimnasio, buen punto ahí. Justo a lado tienes una tienda de conveniencia, y muchísimos lugares para comer. Si tienen la oportunidad de quedarse ahí, aprovéchenla.

Inside a gated high-rise condo building, with many amenities like a great gym and an indoor swimming pool. Underground parking. On a high floor with a great city view. Safe and walkable neighborhood, with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is clean and modern. Close to best areas of Mexico City such as Polanco, Roma, and Condesa. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.

This place was awesome to stay at! Super cool and responsive host who was proactive and made sure I had the best possible experience in MXDC. Also a nice neighborhood in the heart of polanco👍🏿

El apartamento de Ivan es realmente excelente para pasar una temporada larga en CDMX. Es cerca de varios puntos turísticos y es una zona con mucha actividad pero a la vez silenciosa y tranquila cuando uno está dentro del apartamento. Esperamos volver a habitar este lugar tan bonito y cómodo muy pronto en un futuro cercano.

Great place. The front bedroom was warm for a couple of hours in the afternoon but fine the rest of the time without AC. Plenty of hot water, fans, comfortable beds and nice amenities like boxes of tissue and laundry detergent. I was asked several times if everything was working properly. The covered deck upstairs was a good place to hang out and the views of the sunset were exceptional. I appreciated having a separate washer and dryer as well.

An ideal location if you want to feel like you’re really living in the city. Good AC and nice shower. Very friendly host staff and a cute little coffee shop on the ground floor. It really made our stay so enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!!

Un lugar muy bonito y la zona muy tranquila. La zona era fácil de salir hacia cualquier lugar. La atención fue excelente y la limpieza impecable. Sin duda sería mi primera opción para rentar cuando vuelva a la ciudad.

Que lugar más lindo! Me sentí en casa inmediatamente el lugar tiene super buena energía, la cama es bien grande y muy muy cómoda, la ducha riquísima , lindos detalles y muebles , una vista espectacular, es grande y súper iluminado. Cocina completa. Dos teles. Niels súper atento y siempre disponible, una persona muy buena. Recomiendo muchísimo el lugar y a mi me encanta la zona es súper segura y residencial. Mil gracias Niles!!!

Es la segunda vez que me quedó en el lugar y me gusta mucho. Es un lugar muy tranquilo qué está muy conectado y accesible. Además me agrada que sea una planta baja. Definitivamente volvería.

One of the best Air Bnb I have ever stayed. Amazing apartment in the heart of Roma Norte. Great restaurants within walking distance. The building is safe with a 24 hour security guard. Apartment comes fully stocked with an honor bar (beer, water, coffee etc). The prices are listed on the fridge. This is super convenient..we didn't have to go to a super market during our visit. But there are tons of markets close by if you need anything else. The best part is the huge private terrace on the second floor with a spectacular view of the city. The stairs leading up to the terrace are steep so be careful! There are portable A/C units in the bedrooms and a fan in the living room. There is street noise during the day but area is quiet at night. Beds are soft and comfortable. Responsive host that sent great recommendations. This was my first time in Mexico City and I will stay here again when I return!! 5 stars!

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días tranquilos cerca de restaurantes, cafés y tiendas lindas. El departamento impecable y cómodo. Perfecto para cuatro personas. La zona es segura y de fácil acceso. Con gusto me hospedaría aquí de nuevo.

Simon's apartment in Condesa was a great place to stay. The location is excellent and very walkable. Communication with Simon was clear and timely. Would definitely recommend.
