★ Private Guesthouse in the Most Luxurious Area.

The hosts Janet and David we most hospitable. We arrived late after 9 pm and after spending half a day in the airport, it was a nice surprise to be greeted with some fresh pastries, cheese, and fruits. An elegant touch for a stay in Lomas. The area is quiet, clean, safe, as expected, as is the standalone guest house. There is a security booth on the street. Three of us stayed and were comfortable with the 1,5 baths and two rooms. The second bed is a large fold out, not a cheap sofa bed, and I found it comfortable to sleep on. The beds/baths are on the top floor and kitchen/TV room on the first floor, so there's plenty of space if some of your party have different schedules. We had our own privacy while there, but the hosts were also available for us with any questions and were very generous and helpful to suggest some great local destinations. Kitchen is fully equipped with good quality utensils, not cheap abused plastic. Would definitely stay again. Best value and location in Lomas.

Suite muy linda, cocina baño independiente.

La suite es tal como viene en la descripción. Está ubicado sobre la avenida por lo que por las noches si se escucha pasar algunos autos, pero nada que moleste demasiado. La cama es cómoda, y la suite tiene buen espacio para 2 personas. Lo único que no nos agradó tanto es que justo afuera de la suite se ubican las lavadoras de uso común, así que desde temprano se escuchaba ruido. Nos gustó nuestra estancia y la comunicación con Jessica.

We really enjoyed our time in this lovely little haven! We didn't meet the host, but she was super accommodating and pleasant to deal with online. The apartment was really nice and homely, and surprisingly quiet for CDMX! Exactly what we needed. A few things to note: it's on a quiet street and the entrance gate can be finicky - it was fixed while we were there, so hopefully it won't be an ongoing issue, but maybe something to consider as a solo traveller. It wasn't a problem for us, but I'd definitely try to avoid arriving late in the evening if I was alone, just in case. The shower also took a while to figure out: it's a case of trial and error to get the temp right. Again, we're used to these kinds of things so it wasn't a big deal! There's also a bit of a slip risk in the shower/bathroom, so older travellers might want to look elsewhere. The washing machine was out of service and we couldn't get hot water in the kitchen, but we were only there for a week so no probs! We loved it :)

Loved staying at Leo & Lili's place! Great area, with a lot of amenities nearby. The house was beautiful and comfortable, and had everything one could need (and more!). Leo & Lili were super responsive and really nice to chat to. Highly recommend staying here! I would love to come back.

Your own place on Frida’s terrace! BEST location!

Günstige Lage. Die Dachterrasse mit dem tollen Ausblick hat mir gefallen. Für manche mag der Verkehrslärm vielleicht etwas störend sein, auch gab es mal einen halben Tag kein Wasser. Ich würde aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

We had a great pleasure staying at Hector's place for a month. Her mom Veronica was undoubtedly one of the kindest person we've ever met. She welcomed us on our day of check in and explained us everything about the place. One day we ran out of gas in the kitchen and she immediately got us a new one the next day. The location of Hector's place is unbeatable. It's within minutes to the shopping mall, local markets, and whatever you may need. I highly recommend this place and I hope to come back to stay at this place once again in the future!

Mila’s home was perfect for my and my husband’s trip to Mexico City. The neighborhood is beautiful - vibrant, colorful, joyful - and the guest house is lovely. Based on the photos we expected a beautiful home, but in person it’s even more beautiful, especially once the sliding door is open. We would stay here again without hesitation; Mila was so quick to respond to our questions, and checking in and out was easy, relaxed, and efficient. Perfect!

I had a great stay at Alberto's place! He was an incredibly kind and accommodating host, allowing me to check in early, which made my trip so much easier. He was very respectful and welcoming. One of the highlights of my stay was the friendly cats and added such a warm and homey touch to the experience. If you're an animal lover, you'll definitely appreciate the company of these sweet cats. Overall, I highly recommend staying here! Great hospitality, a comfortable environment, and a truly welcoming host. I would definitely book again!

I recommend this place: great location, safety, convenience, all the basics in place. You have your privacy yet an easy access to the host in case you need something. Betty is the great host, and goes out of her way to make sure you are well taken care of. The garden is nice, especially on a sunny day. Great value as well.

I stayed at Paola's place for over a month and loved it! It was such a peaceful spot to come home to each day. Cozy, clean, and I enjoyed the sounds of people and dogs moving about but it also had plenty of privacy. All the instructions were clear and any questions that I had were answered promptly. I appreciated the small kitchenette and table for days when I didn't want to eat out. Super fast wifi for streaming and working from home. I used a lavandaría around the corner for weekly laundry. I will be back to CDMX and plan to stay here again! Ps. Big thank you to Mari for the weekly cleaning.
