This was our favorite stay of the whole week in Sicily! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, quaint and pictoresque. It was well equipped, the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. And then the biggest plus… the view and the sound of the ocean! Falling asleep and waking up literally next to the beach is one of the nicest things this trip gave me, and the furniture on the balcony were extremely comfortable. The apartment is part of a larger building, and another couple stayed on the ground floor. It gave a very chill and relaxed beach vibe, everyone respected each other. I am already thinking of when to come back and book the whole property with my friends! Thank you Maia for a memorable stay, you were very kind and responsive and your beautiful house made a long lasting impression.

Nagyon jó elosztású, stílusosan berendezett, és makulátlanul tiszta lakás, békés, csendes szomszédsággal. Csodaszép kilátás a tengerre, és tökéletesen felszerelt konyha várt minket. Annak is ajánlom aki szeret főzőcskézni, bár a közelben sétatávra több hely is van, ahol lehet egy-két helyi ételt venni. Nagyon szerettük, hogy két fürdőszoba is van. Franceska nagyon figyelmesen bekészített mindent, ami egy első reggelihez kell, hogy ne kelljen azonnal bevásárolni, és még egy palack finom, helyi bort is hagyott ott nekünk. Minden kérésünkhöz nagyon rugalmasan állt hozzá, látszott, hogy az az elsődleges, hogy mi jól érezzük makunkat.

Rosaria è gentilissima (ci ha accolto con una colomba di Pasqua). L’alloggio è in una posizione comodissima sia per andare in centro a piedi sia per il porto. Consiglio assolutamente.

Maison typiquement Sicilienne, bien rangée et très propre (j’ai rarement vu un logement aussi propre), les voisins sont très aimables et très sympathiques. Il s agit d’une véritable immersion en Sicile, la plage a 150 mètres est géniale 🤩 et les restaurants à saint Nicolas sont très bons. Nous avons été enchantés par toute cette convivialité que nous ont offert l’environnement, les voisins et la famille du propriétaire. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cette superbe maison avec nos 2 enfants. Elle est bien entretenue et le jardin est splendide. Si vous voulez vivre une expérience sicilienne cette maison est idéale pour cela. Certains soirs le marchand de glaces passait devant la maison c’était cool.

Fantastic beach house literally on the beach - the waves are a few meters from your doorstep. Amazing location, with ample parking spaces on the street, and with private beach access and several restaurants and cafes nearby. Casteldaccia is a touristy town and no doubt very crowded in summer, but in Maia’s you’re both in the middle of it and tucked away in privacy, right on the beach! Excellent place for couples and sea lovers.

House is simply charming - it does look even better than the pictures: multiple sun terraces, wonderful well groomed garden with lemon trees and flowers all around, separate entrance to a quiet beach. St Elia village is a 10 minute walk with stunning views of the coastline and number of restaurants and beach bars. Paola was very welcoming and provided us with all restaurant and sightseeing recommendations in advance which was extremely helpful as it was our first time in Sicily. We had a wonderful stay!
