Attico indipendente ultimato ad agosto 2024. Situato in posizione centrale, ma silenziosa, qualsiasi tipo di servizio nella breve distanza. Dista 10 minuti a piedi dal (centro) Bastione di St.Remy e dalla Basilica di Bonaria. Gode di una terrazza privata di 45mq ideale nella stagione estiva per un aperitivo fronte tramonto o per una cena all’aperto con vista mozzafiato su tutto lo skyline delle vecchie mura della città. L’attico è un grazioso bivano con ampia terrazza sito al quinto piano di un palazzo residenziale, raggiungibile in ascensore fino al quarto e con un’ultima rampa di scale. L’ingresso apre su un accogliente soggiorno circondato da ampie vetrate con vista mare, con angolo cottura, divano letto per due persone ed un tavolino perfetto per un pasto in relax. Sulla sinistra, un ampio bagno con box doccia e tutto il necessario. La camera da letto, luminosa e spaziosa, offre scrivania, TV e armadio.
