Exclusive, cosy, elegant 2 floored panoramic loft with 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Lovely panoramic terrace and a fully equipped kitchen at the top floor. The apartment, newly refurbished and redecorated, is at the upper floor of a nice little building provided with a lift, located in the "Marina" area deep downtown Cagliari, just a few steps from the historic port (via Roma), just by an area full of restaurants, pubs, monuments and from the historic sites of "Bastione" and "Castello". Scuderie Reali | Loft in Castello, old town

We are in the heart of the Castello district, and passing through a historic arch we enter an inner courtyard which houses Scuderie Reali, a distinctive 35mq loft This small enclave, where today we find several dwellings, once housed the royal stables. The loft has recently undergone a painstaking renovation project while retaining the characteristic elements of the stable itself. A livingroom, an equipped kitchen, a lofted sleeping area and a bathroom were thus created from the former stable.

Dimentica il caos e soggiorna al Cagliari City Room, in una zona residenziale di Cagliari. Situato al piano rialzato con ingresso autonomo, spazi NON IN CONDIVISIONE, aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, tavolo/scrivania per lavorare e bagno privato completo di asciugacapelli e ampia doccia. L'alloggio é nuovo, moderno e confortevole, con area relax dotata di comodo divano, TV, minifrigo, macchina del caffè e microonde. A pochi passi sono disponibili diversi servizi (market, farmacia, coffee bar, ecc.)

Immobile molto accogliente con piccolo giardino, al centro di Cagliari. Completamente ristrutturato e arredato con cura dei dettagli, pavimento in parquet e mosaico in bagno. E’ articolato su livelli sfalsati che creano zone indipendenti, composto da: piccolo giardino, zona studio/soggiorno con divano letto, pranzo con angolo cottura, disimpegno con armadio, bagno con vasca- doccia, zona notte con letto matrimoniale, angolo relax. Parcheggio per moto gratuito all'interno della struttura.

Benvenuti nel nostro bellissimo e luminosissimo loft,con rifiniture di pregio,ubicato all’interno delle antiche mura nella parte più alta del centro storico di Cagliari,il Bastione di Santa Croce. A disposizione degli ospiti,oltre a una vista mozzafiato da far venire i brividi,troverete tutti i conforts per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza in totale relax e un posto auto nel cortile. Loft with no kitchen in the centre of Cagliari

Independent apartment with two bedrooms, (one with a double bed and the other one with a queen size bed), an entrance and a bathroom ( no kitchen). Free WiFi and a small fridge are available. We leave some snacks and what is needed to prepare a tea. Located in the center of Cagliari, 5 minutes walk from the train station and bus station. Delizioso monolocale appena ristrutturato nel rispetto delle caratteristiche architettoniche tipiche delle abitazioni del centro storico. Mattoni a vista e travi in legno di ginepro creano un atmosfera intima ed accogliente.
