This was a great place that exceeded our expectations. Great view of the ocean from our condo. Both the pool and beach were just steps away. Everything was easy to get to.

Th Resort at Cocoa Beach was super nice. There was a lot for our kids to do daily on-site. We really didn’t have to leave for any activities. Publix is also right up the street so getting groceries was fast as well.

This place is a hidden gem. The beach and several restaurants are all within walking distance. The property is quiet. The home is extremely clean and comfortable. The sheets are the best I've ever felt. Annalea is responsive and very friendly. I plan on returning here a few times every year indefinitely.

This location was perfect for our family, we really didn't need to leave the resort as it had everything we needed for the weekend. The front desk staff are extremely helpful. No toiletries are provided in the unit but if you go ask the front desk they have everything you need and are happy to help you. My only complaint would be the description had a "partial ocean view" but really there was no ocean view, we had a view of a parking lot.

Loved the location which is walkable to beach, stores, and restaurants. Condo was as described and located on a peaceful pond. Elaine was very responsive to messages.

The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was only 2 blocks from the beach and the chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. was a great amenity to have! Will say there is a lot of foot traffic but the front porch area is hidden by bamboo so it is still private and quiet. If you park on the street, make sure you are parked going with traffic or you will get a ticket. Would 100% stay here again!

Zach and Colleen‘s place is a wonderful vacation resort, it never disappoints. It’s kid friendly, with several swimming facilities for all ages. It’s spacious, clean, and right on the beach. We really appreciated the shuttle that took us from the resort to the beach every 15 minutes, and hauled all our beach stuff! We look forward in going back in August.

Host was extremely helpful, assisted with getting wheelchair from a local supplier. Also, helped us arrange the drop off and pick up with medical supply. The views with the dolphins and rockets were amazing to see from the balcony. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in the condo. We were able to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. The beach chairs, towels and supplies were an added bonus, we took advantage of having those to use! Thank you again!

Deb was easy to communicate with, she was flexible with dates, was very accommodating, and provided a great experience. The place was exactly how it appeared in her photos and was great. My family had an amazing trip thanks to her

Logis tranquille situé à 900m de la plage, où un stationnement gratuit est facilement accessible. La piscine du complexe est grande, et les autres occupants qu'on y rencontre sont très sympathiques. Lit hyper confortable, cuisine bien équipée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le balcon et sa table, où nous avons pris tous nos repas. L'endroit est calme et paisible, et les épiceries sont facilement accessibles. La plage est propre et nous avons apprécié y passer nos journées, avec le parasol et chaises qui étaient à notre disposition (merci !!!). 2 minutes de voiture, et nous étions de retour au logis, où la piscine nous attendait. À recommander sans hésitation ! Nous y avons passé 8 jours qui se sont déroulés malheureusement trop rapidement.

I have stayed in many Air bnbs. Kristin’s place introduced a new level of hospitality, beauty and comfort. If you really want to feel right at home, this is the place to be!

Very enjoyable stay on Florida's Space Coast. The location was great -- Rocket launch, Cruise Ships, Beach and who knew Port Canaveral was such a cool vibe? This stay is a no-brainer.

Pedro’s place was the perfect home base for us for our 3 day weekend in the area. Walkable to beach, some restaurants, and almost groceries (it looks like the former Winn-Dixie nearby is being converted into an Aldi). The photos are accurate and there are thoughtful touches throughout. It’s a great space for a couple. Nice and clean and relaxing. The hosts were super responsive and friendly and we had a great experience.

We were there for work, but we found peace and everything we needed to concentrate. Love this place.

The house was perfect for our families needs. The pool and hot tub were clean, the hot tub was perfectly heated for us every night. The kitchen had everything we needed. I was able to do laundry while we visited as well. I would visit again and recommend to other families.

I have never stayed in a better stocked airBnB. This place literally has everything and anything you could need. Fully stocked for the beach as well as staying home. Two beach wagons, tons of chairs, beach umbrellas, tons of options for pool toys, water guns, bikes, scooters, helmets… you see it in the pictures, it’s there and then some. Fence around the pool makes it super safe with kids playing outside when not swimming. An absolute dream for parents traveling with kids. Host(s) are extremely responsive and willing to help in whatever way possible. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Andrew's home was absolutely exceptional! There was so much to do, including our epic nightly ping pong tournaments, which became a highlight of our trip. When we weren’t watching rocket launches at KSC from the back patio, the abundant wildlife provided endless entertainment. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed to prepare a delicious Christmas dinner for six. It truly felt like a perfect getaway and made it easy to forget we were away from our family and friends for the holidays. This property will be our go to for any of our future launch campaigns from the CAPE!!

We stayed at Daniel's place just after a cruise, in order to check out Cocoa Beach and the surrounding area. Everything went well and we enjoyed the space. Daniel and Angela keep a nice clean house and they were super friendly and easy to communicate with. We would recommend their place and would definitely stay there again if we're ever back in the area.

Maria’s home was very nice and clean. The workout machine in the garage was a bonus! The house is located on a busy street but with a second circle driveway there was no problem getting out and there wasn’t loud traffic heard from inside ever. My only critique is that my kids weren’t able to use the pool which was very disappointing. The heater is a solar panel heater so even though it was sunny most of our trip, the water never warmed up to a comfortable temperature, possibly due to the evening low temps? Just a heads up to those wanting to utilize the pool during the winter/spring months. Otherwise we had a great trip visiting family close by.

We stayed recently (Jan. 25) at Daphne's beautiful house in Palm Bay. It was absolutely nice and very cozy! The whole house is high-quality- and tastefully furnished! You will definitely enjoy it. We felt very much at home and comfortable. Melbourne beach and other places to see are in reachable distance (KSC e.t.c.) - if you need a very good restaurant, you need to eat at "Chart House" (Melbourne) . Frank
