Our tiny home is set aside in an older, quiet neighborhood of Nampa, ID and has a rustic and cabin-esque feel. This is a cute home and comfortable stay for either a couple of days or a couple months! The tiny home comes equipped with a private fenced in area and a small hot tub. We are located 2 blocks from the NNU campus, 5 minutes from downtown Nampa, and 10 minutes to I84 - everything you need within an arm's reach! The private office space and fast wifi is perfect for remote workers. The neighborhood has over a mile of beautiful walking paths and a community pool open in the summer.

The Shire

Beautiful two-story home just minutes from downtown Middleton. The master has a king-sized bed, soaker tub, and a separate shower. Four additional bedrooms each offer queen-sized beds. In the office there is an infrared sauna. The bonus has a tv and games. The living room boasts an impressive 18-foot ceiling. Outside, enjoy the hot tub and bbq area—great for relaxing evenings. We’re happy to provide cots and sleeping pads, making this home a great fit for sports teams or large groups

The apartment includes a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a bathroom and a large family room with partial kitchen. You must climb the spiral stairs to access this space.

It has new beds, new linens, newer carpet, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, corn hole set, large screen TV, lots of DVDs for viewing, wi-fi, YouTube TV subscription, hot tub , massage chair, and low traffic. The garage is not part of the rental and may need to be accessed by the owner from time to time. No large groups night or day. Max 8 people and 3 cars.
