Els place is very beautiful with huge garden, she had all what we need and house is very clean. The house has one toilet/bath in the ground floor to serve the 3 rooms at the first floor.

Tolle Unterkunft am Stadtrand von Gent. Super Möglichkeit von dem Haus aus Gent und andere Orte in der Nähe zu erkunden. Wir waren mit 6 Personen im Haus und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber und wir hatten die Möglichkeit uns frei zu entfalten. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Pool und der Keller mit Spieleraum und großer Leinwand. Stijn hat sich als toller Gastgeber gezeigt, da er immer ansprechbar war und uns gute Tipps gegeben hat.

Absolute heaven. A slice of peaceful paradise. We stayed for just 1 night on our way through Europe with two boys aged 11 and 8. Within minutes of arriving we were swimming in the beautiful swimming pool, eating in the gorgeous kitchen, stroking the sweet dog and cats, playing ping pong, table football and wishing we were staying for longer. Highly recommend. Generous, kind warm hosts. Thank you for making it so memorable and special.

Très chouette logement particulièrement bien adapté aux enfants. Le jardin était très agréable et sécurisé. Beaucoup d'activités pour enfants aux alentours. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Diederik et Isabelle. Très serviables et ils veillaient à répondre à toutes nos demandes. Merci pour ces belles vacances

Prachtige locatie met een mooi uitzicht over de weilanden. Gent en Brugge om de hoek. Perfecte uitvalsbasis om lekker te genieten. Daniel en Nathalie reageren ook snel op berichten. Absolute aanrader.

Dear Sylvia, Thank you very much for having us! We had a great stay! The house is super cozy and is really inviting to hang around and to spend time together. We used it as base to visit the surrounding citys Antwerpen, Brüssell and Gent and it was wonderful to come home to a cozy spacoius place with great cooking equipment. The only thing we wished we had known before is that the pool is more like a pond and if you dont mind sharing the space with some of the fish then this will be no problem. But other than that Sylvia and Peter were wonderful hosts and assisted us with any questions immediately. Thank you for your kind hospitality!

Wat een fantastische tijd hebben wij gehad in deze vakantiewoning! Met ons gezin van 8 volwassenen en 5 kinderen (waaronder 2 baby’s) was het puur genieten. Er was echt aan alles gedacht: van ontspannen in de sauna of massagestoel tot samen badmintonnen in de tuin, vervelen was simpelweg geen optie. Het zwembad was een absoluut hoogtepunt: heerlijk warm voor de tijd van het jaar (mei) en bovendien kraaknet. We hebben er met z’n allen volop van genoten, groot én klein. De woning was het perfecte uitgangspunt voor onze uitstap naar Pairi Daiza, dat op ongeveer een uurtje rijden ligt. We sliepen met de ramen open vanwege het warme weer, en dan hoorde je soms wel verkeer voorbijrazen, even wennen, maar zeker geen domper op de pret. Alles was keurig netjes en we voelden ons meteen welkom. Kortom: een heerlijk verblijf vol comfort, ontspanning en plezier. Een echte aanrader voor gezinnen of groepen die samen willen genieten. Hartelijk bedankt voor deze onvergetelijke ervaring!

Andre did an incredible job of hosting me while I was on a short-term work assignment. He was always responsive, made me feel like I had someone to reach out to during my stay and kept me well informed! Thank you for the beautiful stay, I look forward to staying again if I come back!

I rented this house for my mother and sister as they visited me for a week in Brugge, and they absolutely loved it! The house is beautiful (looks exactly like the photos) and has all of the amenities you will need, including a large private terrace. As a resident of Brugge, I can say that the location is ideal. It is just minutes walk from cafes, restaurants, and a very nice grocery store. A few minutes more and you are at the canals (Groenerei and Sint-Annarei), De Burg, and the Grote Markt. The neighborhood is perfectly located just a few minutes from everything, but on a quiet residential street away from the busy tourist foot traffic. Amaryllis was a terrific host! She was very communicative, friendly and gave many local recommendations. If you are considering a holiday in Brugge, you can stop looking for a place to stay. This house is perfect!

Modern, well-appointed apartment in picturesque farm setting. Private balcony, lovely outdoor sitting area amid trees and flowers. Sheep will greet you too! Very quiet. Great place to enjoy bike riding. Very comfortable bed and living space. Bonus: host has a cooler with wine, beer, water and soft drinks for purchase. Very nice touch! Great host and property. We really enjoyed our stay.

Prachtige woning. Alles is precies zoals op de foto’s. Het is een ruime en luxueuze woning, met alle nodige voorzieningen. De ligging is rustig maar toch kort bij het mooie Brugge. Carine is een vriendelijke host die klaarstond om ons te verwelkomen.

Séjour très agréable à la campagne. Superbe visite de l’exploitation. Hôte très réactif. Cuisine bien équipée. Un extérieur adapté aux enfants avec trampoline, balançoires, portique et aux adultes avec terrain de pétanque.

We had a great stay at Els place. It was very clean, well equipped and in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We arrived by train into Bruges and it was very easy to get a bus to the house from the train station. Likewise, lots of bus options for €3 to the main centre each day or about a 20 minute walk. The communication was excellent and super quick. There was a train strike the day we arrived into Belgium and Els was really helpful providing some options. Would highly recommend to families. Great place.

Katrien was an amazing host, very helpful and friendly with clear instructions and flexibility. The house was as described in the pictures and very fun and clean. Thank you, very recommended!

It was a lovely and beautifully designed home. We have everything we needed at this place and unlike other Airbnb I stayed at before, Nicolas is generous with the offerings, such as dishwasher, laundry detergent, shampoo, and lots of different cooking seasonings. The kitchen is sooo well equipped with different types of pans and they even have le-creuset pots! Parking is free outside the place with a parking disc. Brugge is about 10 to 15 mins ride from this place. Will recommend this place to my friends who visit Brugge in the future! Nicolas is very responsive on messages and thank you for the champagne!

Heel mooi en netjes huisje op een fijne, rustige plek. De kinderen waren blij met het speelgoed en de hottub was een plus. De kamers waren heel schoon en comfortabel. Enige wat iets beter kon was de waterkoker (beetje oud en veel kalk). En de handdoeken werden niet bijgeleverd. Dat was keurig vermeld van te voren maar hadden we even gemist.

Mooi huis met alle voorzieningen. Tegenover een het gezellige restaurant van de eigenaar. Prima eten. De stad is vlot bereikbaar. Echt een mooi plekje om weer terug te komen.

Lovely stay at this great home. Spacious, on several floors, clean and very welcoming. Lovely patio and garden to enjoy too. Able to park car easily and free. All the rooms are large. 20 minutes walk into centre of Brugges. Lovely walk. There is a bakery, mini supermarket very nearby. Recommend. Host is very good at communicating and offering advice. We had a fantastic stay. Thank you so much.

I would happily stay here again. Sophie’s place was neat and clean. Bright and airy. There is a fully outfitted kitchen with plenty of dishes and extras. Super cute decor. Comfortable beds. A patio that overlooked a huge grassy area- perfect for pets and taking in the landscape. Great communication and quick response. When we needed to extend a day, she was able to accommodate us. Great parking (private) Minutes from Chievres gate which was so convenient.

Mijn vrouw en ik verbleven samen met onze zoon van bijna twee een week in het huis van Leny. Het is een prachtig huis met een grote tuin. Er is veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Leny is een attente host, reageert snel en gaf op eigen initiatief goede tips. De bioscoop is top en uniek! Er is daarnaast veel speelgoed dus onze zoon vond het helemaal geweldig. Nadeel is wel dat er geen traphekjes zijn, dus dat was soms een klein beetje spannend. Goed om rekening mee te houden. Het is wel heel duidelijk een huis waar een gezin normaliter in woont: er ligt kleding, jassen en schoenen. Ook hangen er tekeningen van de kinderen. Dat vonden wij persoonlijk iets minder. Het zou helpen als dat iets meer verborgen zou zijn. Een paar praktische dingen misten wij zoals een waterkoker. Daarnaast was er niet heel veel sfeerverlichting voor in de avonduren: er was met name plafondlicht. Maar uiteindelijk deed dat niet af aan een heerlijk verblijf in Louvil. Een heerlijk huis om tot rust te komen!

Frédérik est très accueillant. Son logement est très fonctionnel. Il était très propre à notre arrivée. Les enfants étaient content de donner à manger aux poissons dans le bassin situé à l'entrée. On reviendra sans hésiter.
