The Amélie Flat—10th Arrondissement Love Nest

Completely re-modelled and renovated by a local interior designer, it embodies the ultimate romantic Parisian flat. Your own separate entrance leads into the lounge and open fully functional kitchen, followed by the bathroom and bedroom. The service door remains closed throughout your entire stay; it’s purpose is to facilitate cleaning the apartment. This is your own apartment in the 10th arrondissement in Paris for your private use, just take the keys and you’re ready! The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, cooktop, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Coffee/Tea station is also available while milk and water are in the fridge. Fresh towels are provided as well as basic toiletries, but there is plenty of space for your personal items in the bathroom. Clean linen is supplied for the bed plus there is storage for your clothing in the drawers or wardrobe. Your hosts will arrange a time to meet you for check-in and to show your around the apartment. They live in a separate apartment in the building but are always nearby should you have any questions. Walk to Canal Saint Martin, Le Marais and Père Lachaise. Tucked away from the main tourist routes, there's also plenty to discover locally, including street markets, wine bars, and parks. People watch at Place de la République, about 5 minutes away. ★ We are: - 2 minutes from Canal St Martin and a Paris Vélib bicycle rental stand. - 5 mins from République (West), Belleville (East) and trendy nightlife spot Rue Oberkampf (South). - 10 mins from the historical centre of Paris - Le Marais (Gay Paris) - and Gare de L'Est (Amelie, Hugo). - 15-20 mins (by foot) from Gare du Nord and Eurostar/Thalys International rail connections. The comfortable sofa bed is really easy to set up, the size of the bed is 140x200( bed linens, blankets, pillows provided). The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, and towels are provided. NEIGHBORHOOD Subway : Faidherbe Chaligny (Line 8) / Charonne (Line 9) Our apartment is located on rue Saint Bernard in the 11th arrondissement near Bastille. This is a safe and trendy area of eastern Paris. There's a lot of restaurants, bars, art galleries... We will tell you all the good places, where to go and what to see... The very parisian "Aligre" market is 5 minutes walk from the apartment, you'll find there all fresh products that you need. There are also many bakeries, butcheries, supermarkets, cafés...
