We have stayed here--our favorite Airbnb--many times, and it never disappoints. It is both timelessly the same and ever-changing--a new season in the garden, a new delight such as the ceramic castle. The garden is gorgeous, and John is a friendly and thoughtful host.

Esther and Spencer’s place was really amazing! they were very kind and generous hosts! I went to record an album and the space was just what we needed for a retreat getaway with sound proofed walls. They were very responsive when we had questions and sharing the kitchen and bathroom always worked out perfect. highly recommend ! Would definitely go back :)

This is a wonderful and very loved home. Zelda is a responsive host and truly cares about our experience! There are plenty of amenities that make the price worth every penny, on top of the beautiful greenery and garden in the backyard. We will definitely be visiting Zelda's place again when we want a peaceful and relaxing getaway. :)

The Roost was very charming; my wife and I enjoyed the property very much! It was a wonderful getaway spot with coastal views just down the road. The hosts were very responsive and very friendly, even giving us eggs from their chickens that we used to bake a cake! Thank you for your hospitality!

Holly’s place was lovely. My husband and I arrived late at night, and even so, the directions were clear and the home easy to find. The location is peaceful and relaxing with a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed the nature and seeing the local wildlife like deer in the area. The bed and pillows were super comfy! We loved that the t.v. swiveled from couch to bed. The amenities were well thought out with heat lamps in the bathroom and a space heater in the closet. We had a little hiccup with the Keurig, but Holly dropped off another one for us to use very quickly! Shower water pressure was great and the water was nice and hot. The location is perfect with very short drives to both Mendocino and Fort Bragg. Holly left local recommendations for places to eat. We tried a couple and were very happy with our experience. My husband and I enjoyed this location for our 3 year Anniversary and highly recommended it to anyone. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here during a 3-week externship with my border collie. We both loved the detached studio and property! Studio was larger than expected, with an extended back portion with a bathroom and gym. The mini-kitchen was great for cooking for myself. Was able to fit an XXL dog crate in the living room and still felt like we had more than enough space. Back door leads to the backyard where I enjoyed many nights eating dinner on the deck with spectacular views of the surrounding hills & lake in the distance. Watching the sunset out here is mesmerizing!! Using the pool & outdoor tub was so special it made me feel like I was truly on a work-cation :) Lucy, the ranch dog is a sweetheart and was friendly towards my dog. Jennifer was an attentive host who went above & beyond to ensure I had everything I needed!! Me & my dog are accustomed to the outdoors and as such, were vigilant about foxtails (which are abundant in this area) and did not mind the bugs that found their way into the studio.

The property is beautifully located and you have a great view from the patio. The hot tub is set up and easy to use. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and it's a pleasant place to read in the evening. Be aware that there is no kitchen so only light refreshments, continental breakfast is possible. Be sure to visit Fort Ross, a very interesting historical site. Also be sure to walk the nice beach at the head of the Gualala river.

Great place to stay for a few days, close to downtown Boonville and a great jumping off point for all the great cycling in the area.

Holly was a fantastic host! Very communicative and easy to connect with her. The place was tucked away and very charming and quiet. Place is great for 1-2 people, bathroom was surprisingly large. Beautiful and quiet surroundings tucked away.

Very nice spot! Close To conveniences, nice patio in the backyard, full size fridge, washer and dryer were very useful in our trip. Parking was great, right in front of the unit and the unit was well equipped and very clean. Only downside was the dogs did t come out to play much, lol.
