We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gabe's property. The home comfortably accomodated me, my husband, mother and adult son for a long weekend stay. All the rooms, linens, and furniture is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with flatware, dishes, and pots and pans, although we didn't cook. If you prefer drip coffee over K-cups, I recommend bringing coffee filters, as there were none in stock. The decor is remarkable, and we enjoyed perusing the antique artifacts, paintings and prints, books and imagining what the house might have been like back in the early 1900's when it was built. The home is conveniently located in Midtown and sits on a very quiet street where we felt very safe. We woud stay here again if we visit Memphis in the future.

Roses place was clean and comfortable and as expected. And rose was a great host.

Tanika was very responsive to any questions we had and her home was beautiful. We would definitely stay there again!

My family is so grateful for Karen and her home!! It was the perfect location for our family if 5 generations to meet up from all over the nation to celebrate my grandmother’s 90th birthday! The house was designed well to accomodate all the fun-the kitchen was WELL appointed with everything our private chef needed to prepare food for what seemed like 1000 guests in and out for 3 days!! Every cooking utensil you can think of was available. The bedrooms were well stocked with extra bedding, air mattresses, mattress and rollaway beds-there is just no way to explain all this home provided!! I e send a HUGE thank you for everything to Mrs Karen for a wonderful to experience!

The is was a spacious house for family to gather. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Ann was a great host! She was very responsive and accommodating. She answered any questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again!

This vintage duplex was exactly what we needed. We love this neighborhood, with great food and drink, an easy walk from Quinn's. The cute, well-prepared space made our stay a pleasure. Breakfast on the front capped off our stay!

Wayne was a great host! I loved everything about this house, from the time I walked in it felt like home. I had a slight issue with something and he immediately started to help and showed how concern he was. The pictures are exactly like how the house is. Great for a getaway/ double date trip! Great location, games in the home and a amazing back yard! I will be coming back to visit!

Olivia was kind and made the whole trip enjoyable. Her home is beautiful and full of surprise! I will definitely stay again.

This is a small cozy house. Karen was great to communicate with. It has every thing you need for a short stay or a long one. We are moving and have another house that is being renovated. This is a great space to come home to after a long day and relax. Our dogs and cats are happy too!
