The home, located in the historic Cooper-Young neighborhood, is a 10 minute stroll to the Cooper-Young intersection, where you will find varied, unique restaurants and shops. We've tried to make this upstairs converted attic a place you'll want to come back to on your next stay! Paint, appliances, furnishings, bath, and decor all new!

Our unique studio is located in the Cooper-Young historic district in Midtown. This charming neighborhood is home to some of the best bars, breweries, and restaurants that Memphis has to offer. Within a short walk you can get to Young Avenue Deli for a game of pool, Memphis Made Brewery for a beer, the Cooper-Young Farmers Market for local produce, or the Liberty Bowl to catch a Tigers Game. This suite is also located within a 10-minute drive from Downtown Memphis.

Historic Cooper Young Midtown Shotgun House

Circa 1902 shotgun home is restored to its vivid roots & we retained original Memphis Character! We’ve used vintage furnishings alongside vintage & original artworks. In Cooper Young, it's a 5 minute walk to music, restaurants, breweries, bars, coffee, Liberty Bowl, galleries, and record & bookstores. Narrow drive for small car parking or on street for larger vehicles. No TV ( enjoy!). Guests must have 3+ reviews to book due to garbage humans in the past.

The Pony

-Boasting a small hoofprint of 128 square feet with a loft. Ideally situated in a safe area for those visiting/passing through Memphis. -Tranquil views of open fields, horses, and a variety of other furry friends at a working horse boarding barn. -Stay solo or with someone you don't mind cozying up to. Ideal for mobile guests comfortable with stairs and tighter spaces. Locals or those without positive reviews will be rejected. Our property is non smoking.
