Intero appartamento ideale per coppie o famiglia, A pochi minuti dal centro e ottimamente collegato con l'ingresso Nord della città e le tangenziali. L'appartamento, ristrutturato alcuni anni fa, è posto al piano R di un piccolo condominio. E' accogliente e luminoso (ogni stanza ha una finestra). Beach house - just a few steps from the sea

Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

Superb apt in Storical Center

Ideal area of Storical Center, at 8 minutes walking distance from train station and easy parking on the street out of ZTL zone. Behind Castromediano Museum, next to groceries, wine store and 2 minutes from Piazza Santo Oronzo. The apartment has had a complete restauration, full of light, heating and air co. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, living and kitchen open space. Second floor with no lift. Great wifi to work on it.

100 m from sea and beautiful beaches like Maldive del Salendo. Reachable on walking distance, both: free beaches and bathing establishments, bars, restaurants. The apartment consists of 2 independent bathrooms with shower and washing machine. There also a private shower outside. Cute outdoor space where is possible to have Breakfast/Lunch/ Dinner.

Super appartement au coeur de la vielle ville

Ce logement unique est proche de tous les sites et commodités, ce qui facilite la planification de votre visite. Situé entre Le dôme de Brindisi et le port (les 2 à moins d’une minute). Au coeur de la vielle ville, vous serez enchanté par le lieux et l’ambiance environnante. L’appartement se trouve dans une toute petite ruelle qui est très calme.
